Özet: Trust is a very important factor for managers in business life. This plays a big role in all their business dealings. The trust of the employees towards their leaders ensures that both the leader and the employees are more productive. Ethical leaders play an important role in creating a sense of trust by interacting more with their employees. Ethical leaders contribute to the spread of many ethical behaviors within the organization with their fair behaviors and prevent organizations from incurring additional costs by preventing undesired behaviors within the organization. Creating a working environment where honesty and trust is encouraged ensures that employees are happy both at work and in their private lives, which increases the level of job satisfaction. In this context, the attitudes of ethical leadership that care about the employees and do not hesitate to help them increase the level of job satisfaction of the employees. The virtuous behavior of the ethical leader towards their employees leads them to act ethically. Thus, a business environment with integrity and mutual trust is created. This situation effects the motivation and loyalty levels of the employees positively. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment. For this purpose, data were collected as a result of a survey conducted with 350 people working in State hospitals in Tebriz City of Iran. As a result of the findings obtained from the questionnaire, a positive relationship was observed between ethical leadership and organizational commitment.
