Abstract:
Congenital neutropenia is a life threatening hereditary disease group in
which complications related to periodontal
diseases are common in the first years of
life. Periodontal problems are often seen as
the first signs of the disease. A well-trained
dentist can often provide diagnosis. In
addition, life-threatening complications can
be encountered due to improperly planned
dental interventions. In this review, it is aimed
to inform the dentists about the points to be
considered in the diagnosis and treatment of
congenital neutropenia
