dc.description.abstract The concept of innovation; has become an important concept for organizations in recent years. The most important reason for this situation is the success of the organizations that use, produce and manage the innovative applications correctly. Based on this importance in the research; It is aimed to determine how teachers' motivation and organizational commitment affect the face of innovative managers. Firstly; Innovation, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Örgüt Innovation in Educational Organizations and Innovative School Principals ”, ov The Relationship between Innovative School Management and Teachers 'Motivation” and “The Relationship of Innovative School Management with Teachers' Organizational Commitment, are given. Then, as a universe, the teachers of the primary schools of the public schools in the Bahçelievler district of the European side of the city were identified in the 2018-2019 academic year. Data were collected from 357 teachers who were working in 12 schools which were determined by chance through random sampling and 317 valid data were included in the analysis. The responses are defined as ”SPSS for Windows 16.0 da in the computer. Then, in the light of the analyzes, it was examined whether the significance was significant over the value of p <, 05. Kolmogorovsmirnov-z test was applied to determine whether the teachers' scale of innovation competence, motivation scale, and organizational commitment scale scores showed normal distribution. According to the results, it was found that the distribution of the organizational innovation scale and the organizational commitment scale differed from the normal and the motivation scale data did not differ from the normal. Spearman Row Differences Correlation Coefficients analysis was used to determine whether there was a significant relationship between the scores of the teachers who formed the sample group, the Executive Innovation Competency Scale, the Motivation Scale and the Organizational Commitment Scale. In the application, an analysis study was carried out to determine motivation and organizational commitment levels of the teachers according to their perceptions. According to the results of the analysis conducted by relational screening method; A statistically significant positive correlation was found between the scores of the Executive Innovation Proficiency Scale and the Motivation Scale scores, the Organizational Commitment Scale scores of the Manager Innovation Proficiency Scale and the scores of the Organizational Commitment Scale. In other words, as the behaviors of innovative managers increase, the levels of motivation and organizational commitment of teachers increase. tr_TR
