dc.description.abstract Developments in communication technologies has led digital transformation in many fields. These developments has also affected the consumpiton preferences. Instead of traditional consumption methods, people are tend to buy new things through to digital platforms. Number of the 'digital consumers' (as a term who prefers digital platforms for shopping) are incerasing day by day. These digital consumers can easily gather information through internet and therefore they can easily find and buy new products or can get services that they want. However, the crises are affecting digital consumers and digital platforms as much as it affects traditional bazaar and consumers. This research is going to find out how these crises are affecting consumption preferences and behaviors of digital consumers. In this research, research technic is going to be 'survey method'. Evidences that will be gathered in the end of the research are going to be analyzed, evaluated and interpreted. tr_TR
