| dc.description.abstract | Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretimi tarihi oldukça eskidir. Ancak bu alanda bilimsel nitelik henüz sağlanamamıştır. Bu eksiklik Türkçeyi öğrenmek isteyen yabancıların sayısının artmasıyla birlikte kendini daha çok hissettirmektedir. Bilimselliğin sağlanabilmesi için öncelikle alan uzmanlarının yetiştirilmesine ağırlık verilmesi gerekir. Yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi uzmanları yetiştirmeye yönelik ilk çalışmalara Gazi Üniversitesi’nde 1992 yılında “Yabancılara Türkçe Öğretimi” dersleriyle başlanmıştır. Ancak bu alanda uzmanlaşmanın sağlanabilmesi için bir dersle sınırlı etkinliklerin yeterli olmadığı açıktır. Yabancılara Türkçe Öğretimi lisans programlarının açılması çeşitli dönemlerde önerilmişse de hayata geçememiştir. Ayrıca her ne kadar Yabancılara Türkçe Öğretimi Ana Bilim Dalı’nın yüksek lisans ve doktora programları birçok üniversitede açılmış olsa da henüz bilimsel bakış açısıyla konunun ele alınmadığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde uzmanlık sorunu ele alınmış ve bu konuda çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.abstractol | The history of teaching Turkish as a foreign language is quite old. However, scientific quality has not yet been achieved in this area. By the 20th century as the demand from foreigners to learn Turkish as a foreign language has risen, the presence of this deficiency has become more noticeable. The priority issue for teaching Turkish as a foreign language is the training of experts. The early studies had started with “Turkish Teaching as a Foreign Language” lecture in 1992 at Gazi University. Nevertheless, it is a well-known and recognized fact that one-off lectures are not sufficient for training of experts in any area. Opening of undergraduate programmes in “Turkish Teaching as a Foreign Language” are proposed from time to time. But these proposals have not been accepted and so have not turned into reality. Although “Turkish Teaching as a Foreign Language” programmes are now offered in master and doctoral levels at many universities, there is still lack of a scientific perspective in the approach to the subject. In this article the problem of specialisation in teaching Turkish as a foreign language is discussed and some suggestions are offered about this issue. | tr_TR |
