dc.description.abstract	İş sağlığı ve iş güvenliği, personelin işyerinde bulunduğu sırada fiziki veya psikolojik özre neden olan olayları ve iş hastalıklarının önüne geçilmesi adına öncelikle, çalışma ortamında alınması gereken tedbirlerin tespit edilmesiyle personellerin bu konuda bilgilendirilmesi ve kontrol edilmesini içermektedir. Bu doğrultuda çalışmanın amacı insan kaynakları ve insan kaynaklarının yönetim süreçlerinin açıklanması iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin nasıl uygulanacağı konusunun değerlendirilmesi ile birlikte insan kaynakları yönetiminde iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin öneminin ortaya konulmasıdır.	tr_TR
