dc.description.abstract	Bu araştırmanın amacı ortaokulda çalışan öğretmenlerin liderlik özellikleri ile sınıf yönetim becerileri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmiştir. Bu araştırmanın verileri; 2015–2016 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul ili Eyüp İlçesinde bulunan ortaokullarda çalışan 304 öğretmene uygulanan “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Öğretmen Liderlik ölçeğive "Sınıf Yönetim Becerileri Ölçeği" elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 20:0 paket programında frekans dağılımı, tanımlayıcı istatistik, Bağımsız T Testi, Anova ve Pearson testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. İstatistik analizler sonucunda; öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetim becerileri orta düzeyde sınıf becerisine sahip oldukları, lisans mezunlarının yüksek lisans mezunlarına göre 0,5 düzeyinde anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Ayrıca,sınıf yönetim becerileri parametresinde ise, kıdemlerine ve öğrenim durumuna göre gruplar arasında 0,5 düzeyinde anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlerin Demokratik liderlik ölçeği puanları ile sınıf yönetim becerileri puanları arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Demokratik liderlik özellikleri arttıkça sınıf yönetim becerileri de artmaktadır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between secondary school teachers’ leadership qualities and their classroom management skills. For this purpose, the data in this research has been acquired by implementation of Personal Information Form, Teacher Leadership Questionnaire and Classroom Management Skill Questionnaire with 304 teachers working at schools in Eyüp, İstanbul during 2015-2016 academic year. The data has been analyzed using frequency distribution, descriptive statistics, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and independent samples t test techniques in SPSS 20.0 package. As a result of the statistical analysis, it has been observed that teachers have a medium level of classroom management skills, and that there is a meaningful difference of 0,5 between undergraduate and gradute teacher groups. As to the classroom management skills parameter, there is a meaningful difference of 0,5 among groups when seniority and education levels are taken into account. It has also been identified that there is a positive correlation between teachers' democratic leadership scale scores and their classroom management skills scale scores. As their democratic leadership qualities increase, their classroom management skills also increase.	tr_TR
