dc.description.abstract	Ozon teknolojisine sahip ürünler her alanda kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Soğutma sistemlerinde ozon teknolojisinin kullanım amacı, gıda ürünlerindeki mikroorganizmaları yok ederek bu ürünlerin raf ömürlerinin uzatılmasını sağlamaktadır. Ayrıca gıda zehirlenmelerinin önüne geçilmiş olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Ozonun tarihi, çalışmalarına, gelişimine ve kullanım alanlarına değinilmiştir. Ayrıca Ozonun teorik olarak incelenerek avantajları ve dezavantajları, etkileri araştırılmıştır. Ozon üretim metotları incelenerek bu yöntemlerin farkları, verimlilikleri, birimleri ve ozon hesaplanması ve eşik değerleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca Soğutma sistemlerinde kullanılan Ozon üretim sisteminin tasarımı yapılması ile prototip imalatına gerçekleştirilmiş; çıkan üründe üzerinde testler yapılarak sonuçları mevcut sistemlerle karşılaştırılmıştır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	Products with ozone technology are started to be seen in many fields. In cooling systems means for ozone technology is exterminating the microorganisms in food products thus extending their shelf life and preventing food poisoning. In this study; history of ozone, works and studies, progression and areas of use is referred. Also theoric examination of ozone for advantages, disadvantages and affects are referred. Also ozone production methods are examined and difference, productivity, units of these methods and ozone calculation and threshold values are referred. Also design of production systems for ozone used in cooling systems, building a prototype and testing it is referred.	tr_TR
