dc.description.abstract	Araştırma İstanbul İli, Pendik İlçesi’ nde öğrenim görmekte olan meslek lisesi son sınıf öğrencilerinin kariyer gelişiminde aile etkisini tespit etmeye yönelik olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, 2013-2014 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında İstanbul ili, Pendik İlçesi meslek lisesi son sınıfta öğrenim görmekte olan 95 kız, 240 erkek ve toplam 335 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan kişisel bilgi formu ile Found, Cotter, Fitzpatrick, Kantamneni, Carter, & Bernfeld, tarafından geliştirilip, Akın, Usta, & Satici, tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan Kariyer Gelişiminde Aile Etkisi Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Kariyer gelişiminde Aile Etkisi Ölçeği dört boyut, 22 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin alt boyutları: ‘’bilgisel destek’’,’’ailenin beklentiler’’,’’maddi destek’’ ve ‘’değerler/inançlar’’ boyutlarından oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical PackageforSocialSciences) for Windows 21.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verileri değerlendirilirken tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotları (Sayı, Yüzde, Ortalama, Standart sapma) kullanılmıştır. Niceliksel verilerin karşılaştırılmasında iki grup arasındaki farkı t-testi, ikiden fazla grup durumunda parametrelerin gruplararası karşılaştırmalarında Tek yönlü (Oneway) Anova testi ve farklılığa neden olan grubun tespitinde Scheffe testi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular %95 güven aralığında, %5 anlamlılık düzeyinde değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri, 2013-2014 eğitim ve öğretim yıllarında toplanmıştır. Bu verilerinin analizi neticesinde ulaşılan sonuçları aşağıdaki gibi özetleyebiliriz: 1. Araştırmada yer alan öğrencilerin aile geliri arttıkça maddi anlamda destek görme oranı da artmaktadır. 2. Aile ile iyi ilişkilere sahip öğrencilerin bilgisel anlamda daha fazla desteklendiği saptanmıştır. 3. Aile ile ilişkilerde olumlu yöndeki artış maddi anlamda da destek oranına da yansımaktadır. 4. Ev hanımı ve çalışmayan annelerin çocuklarının değer ve inançları hayatlarına daha fazla yansımıştır. 5. Anne ve baba eğitim seviyesindeki yükselme öğrenciyi bilgisel anlamda destekleme oranını da artırmaktadır. 6. Anne ve baba eğitim seviyesindeki artış maddi anlamda destek oranını da artırmaktadır. 7. İlköğretimde başarılı olan öğrencilerin genel anlamda daha fazla desteklendiği görülmektedir.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	The research was made for the purpose of determining the effect of families on the career development of senior students studying in the vocational school in Pendik District, Istanbul Province. Sample of the research was comprised of 335 students in total, i.e. 95 female and 240 male students, who were receiving training in the senior class of the vocational school in Pendik District, Istanbul Province in the academic year of 2013-2014. In the research, we used the personal information form organized by the researcher and Family Influence Scale on Career Development that was developed by Found, Cotter, Fitzpatrick, Kantamneni, Carter, & Bernfeld and adapted to Turkish by Akın, Usta, & Satici. Family Influence Scale on Career Development is comprised of four chapters and 22 articles. Sub-chapters of the scale are comprised of “informational support”, “material support” and “values/beliefs”. Data that are obtained within the scope of the research are analysed by using the program titled SPSS (Statistical PackageforSocialSciences) for Windows 21.0. Descriptive statistical methods (Figures, Ratios, Averages, and Standard Deviations) are used during assessment of data. T-test is used to determine the difference between two groups for the purpose of comparing qualitative data, and in the case of more than two groups, One-way Anova test is used to compare the intergroup relations between parameters, and Scheffe test is used to determine the group that causes difference. Obtained findings are assessed within the confidence interval of 95% and within the significance level of 5%. Research data were obtained in the academic season of 2013-2014. We may summarise as below the conclusions that are reached as a result of analysis of aforementioned data: 1. As the family income of the students participated to the research increased the ratio to obtain financial support increased. 2. It was determined that the students that have good relations with their families were supported more in informational terms. 3. Positive increase that was observed in terms of relations with the families was also reflected on the ratio of financial support. 4. Values and beliefs of the children of housewives and unemployed mothers were reflected more on the lives of their mothers. 5. It was determined that the increase in the education level of the mother and father was increasing the level of support provided to the student in informational terms.6. It was determined that the increase in the education level of the mother and father was also increasing the level of financial support provided to the student in informational terms. 7. It was observed that the students, who were successful in the primary school, were being supported more in general.	tr_TR
