dc.description.abstract	Bilgi teknolojilerinin toplumlar üzerinde çeşitli etkileri bulunmaktadır. Eğitimin amaçlarından birisi, bireyi toplumun gereksinimleri çerçevesinde yetiştirmektir. Dolayısıyla bilgi toplumlarının özelliği göz önünde bulundurularak öğrencilerin yetiştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bilişim teknolojilerindeki bu gelişime paralel olarak uzaktan eğitim kavramı önem kazanmaktadır. Web tabanlı eğitim uygulamaları artık çoğu eğitim kurumlarında yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada web tabanlı eğitim sistemleri üzerine Türkiye ve dünya üzerinde genel bir inceleme yapılmış ve web tabanlı ders alan öğrenciler üzerinde anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anketten toplanan veriler SPSS programı üzerinde tutarlılığı kontrol edilmiştir. Bu çalışma sonucunda öğrencilerden toplanan veriler analiz edilip, çıkan sonuçlara göre sistemi yenilemek amacıyla uygulama geliştirilmiştir. Uygulama geliştirmek için Visual Studio 2010 platformunda C# dilinde örnek bir yazılım geliştirilmiştir.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	Information technologies are a variety of effects on communities. One of the goals of education, within the framework of the community's individual requirements is to raise a person. Therefore, the information society, taking into consideration the need of cultivating students ' property. In parallel with this development in information technology the concept of distance education is becoming increasingly important. Web-based training applications are widely used in many educational institutions. In this thesis, we made an overall review about Web-based educational systems on Turkey and the World and made a survey on students who take web-based course. We controled consistency on the data which collected from the survey on SPSS program. As a result of this study, we analyzed all data and according to the results we developed an application for updating the system. We used Visual Studio 2010 platform on C# programing language for devoloping the application.	tr_TR
