Abstract:
The study's objective was to determine how the five main personal elements
affected organizational commitment. In order to accomplish the study's goals, a
descriptive analytical approach was used, and a purposive sample of the Berlin
refugee center staff, who number in the thousands, was selected (300). The
investigation came to the following conclusions: The Big Five personality traits
significantly affect organizational commitment as measured by its dimension,
according to statistics. Based on its findings, the study advocated further
investigation into the influence of a worker's personality traits in increasing
organizational commitment.
