Abstract: Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey, had been evaluating the situation of the country since the military school years and had done what he can do to get out of the negativity he has found. It is not a matter of this article to count his practices, nor is it possible. Because the libraries are filled with books that write what he does. What we particularly want to emphasize here is that while establishing a new independent Turkish state based on national sovereignity and rescuing the country from the deadlock and occupation as Mustafa Kemal Pasha did, his patriotism played a central part, as well as organization and organizing took part at the success of his method. Besides Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk being a successful statesman, a revolutionary who works to bring his country to the level of contemporary civilizations, a soldier who thinks of fighting and winning for his country and nation, a commander showing the power of not being able to attack his troops but to die, being a leader who follows the masses, there is more of an underlying characteristic of all that can be achieved: organizationalism.
