dc.description.abstractDünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de değeri ve önemi günden güne artan emlak sektörü, etkileşim içinde olduğu piyasalar ve iş kollarının çokluğu sebebiyle oldukça önemli bir iş sahasıdır. Özellikle 1999 yılı Marmara depremi sonrası farkındalık düzeyinin toplum düzeyinde artması özellikle bu sektörde hızlı bir büyümeyi de beraberinde getirmiştir. Gayri safi yurt içi hasıla 2019 verilerine göre, dünyanın 17. büyük ekonomisi olarak belirtilen Türkiye’nin, bulunduğu jeopolitik konum ve sahip olduğu değerli eşsiz güzellikleri ile emlak açısından ülkenin oldukça değerli olduğunu apaçık ortaya koyar. Asya ve Avrupa kıtasında medeniyetler arasında bir köprü vazifesi gören İstanbul şehrinin önemi sadece ülkemizde değil tüm dünya ülkeleri tarafından da bilinen bir gerçektir. Çalışmada İstanbul ili, Küçükçekmece Bölgesinde yer alan önemli konut projelerinden rastlantısal olarak seçilen 18 proje, kendi aralarında belirtilen kriterlere göre sıralanmıştır. Bu çalışmada temel amaç ise farklı özelliklere sahip emlak projelerinin kendi aralarında değerlendirilmesinin mümkün kılması olmuştur.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolThe real estate sector which’s value and importance are increasing day by day in our country as well as in the world, is a very important business field due to the markets it interacts with and the abundance of business lines. Especially after the Marmara earthquake of 1999, the increase in the society’s awareness level has brought about a rapid growth especially in this sector. According to the gross domestic product in 2019 data, Turkey is listed as the world's 17 largest economy, its geopolitical position and unique natural beauty prove that the country is highly valuable in terms of real estate. The importance of the city of Istanbul, which serves as a bridge between civilizations in Asia and Europe, is a known fact not only in our country but also in all countries of the world. In this study, 18 projects randomly selected among the important housing projects in Küçükçekmece region of Istanbul are ordered according to the criteria specified among them. The main purpose of this study was to enable the evaluation real estate projects with different characteristics among themselves.tr_TR
