| dc.description.abstract | Dijital teknolojilerde yaşanan gelişmeler mobil teknolojilerin gelişmesine katkı sağlamıştır. Mobil teknolojiler günlük hayatın ayrılmaz bir parçası haline gelmektedir. Teknolojinin gelişmesi, mobil teknolojilerin hayatın her alanında etkin bir biçimde kullanılması mobil uygulamaların kullanımını arttırmaktadır. Mobil uygulamaların kullanım alanlarından biri de havacılık sektörüdür. Havacılık sektöründe personel maliyetinin yüksek olması, kabin personelinin aylık uçuş planlarının dikkatli bir biçimde yapılmasını ve personele anında duyurulmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı kabin personelinin aylık uçuş planlama bilgi sistemine yönelik mobil bir uygulama geliştirerek mobil uygulamanın kullanılabilirliğini değerlendirmek ve kabin personelinin motivasyona etkisini incelemektir. Bu araştırma kapsamında iki çalışma grubu belirlenmiştir. Birinci çalışma grubunda; ihtiyaç analizi için yapılandırılmış odak grup görüşmesi gerçekleştirilen, havacılık sektöründe çalışan 10 kabin personeli yer almaktadır. Araştırmanın ikinci çalışma grubunu ise uygulamanın gerçekleştirildiği havacılık sektöründe çalışan, araştırmaya gönüllülük esasıyla katılan 28 kabin personeli oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada ölçme aracı olarak yapılandırılmış odak görüşmesi ve Namlı (2010) tarafından geliştirilen ölçek kullanılmıştır. Nitel veriler sonucunda, kabin personelinin kullandıkları mobil uygulamada içerik erişim problemi, yer alan içeriğin güncel olmaması, mobil uygulamanın pratik olmaması, uygulamanın yavaş olması, sistem çalışma problemi, güvenlik problemi gibi sorunlar yaşadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Kabin personelinin yaşadıkları sorunlar dikkate alınarak Kabin Memuru Yönetim Sistemi, Android işletim sistemine göre geliştirilmiştir. Nicel verilerin analiz sonuçlarına göre araştırmaya katılan kabin personeli, Kullanılabilirlik Ölçütleri Değerlendirme Ölçeği'nin Etkinlik ve Memnuniyet alt boyutlarına "Katılıyorum" aralığına denk gelen cevaplar vermişlerdir. Ayrıca kabin personeli, Arayüz Bileşenleri Değerlendirme Ölçeği'nin Ekran Düzeyi, Tuş Yönetimi ve Menü Yapısı alt boyutlarına "Katılıyorum" aralığına denk gelen cevaplar vermişlerdir. Ayrıca ölçek farklı değişkenler açısından da incelenmiştir. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.abstractol | Developments in digital technologies have provided contribution to improvements of mobile technologies. Mobile technologies become an integral part of our daily life each and every passing day. Developments in technology and mobile technology‟s being employed in all areas of life effectively lead to increase in use of mobile applications. One of the utilization areas of mobile applications is the aviation sector. The high cost of hiring employees in the aviation sector makes it necessary to make flight crew's monthly flight plans carefully and reporting this immediately to the personnel. The objective of this study is to evaluate the usability of the mobile application and its effect on the cabin staff on the motivation by developing a mobile application for the monthly flight planning information system of the flight crew personnel. Two study groups have been determined within the scope of this research. The first study group comprised 10 cabin staff working in the aviation sector with whom a focus group interview structured for needs analysis was conducted. The second study group of the survey included 28 people working in the aviation sector where the implementation is carried out who voluntarily partook in the research. A focus interview structured as a measurement tool and a scale developed through Namlı (2010) were utilized in the research. As a result of the qualitative evaluation, it was determined that the mobile application used by the cabin personnel created issues such as the content access problem, the content‟s not being up to date, the mobile application‟s being impractical, the application‟s being slow, system operation problems and security problems. Cabin Officer Management System was developed according to the Android operating system by taking into consideration the issues experienced through the flight crew. The cabin staff who partook in the research gave answers within the "I agree" range in the Efficiency and Satisfaction subscales of the Usability Criteria Evaluation Scale according to the results of the analysis of the quantitative data. Furthermore, the cabin staff gave answers within the "I agree" range in the Display Level, Key Management, and Menu Structure subscales of the Interface Component Evaluation Scale. | tr_TR |
