dc.description.abstractÖrgütlerin zorlu iş yaşamında ayakta durabilmesi ve başarılarını bulunduğu pazarda devam ettirebilmesi, doğru stratejik planlamalara ve örgütüne bağlılık duyan işgörenler ile yoluna devam etmelerine bağlıdır. Örgütlerin en büyük güç kaynağı, elinde bulundurduğu iş gücüdür. İşgörenler kendilerini örgütüne ne kadar bağlı hissederse o kadar iş performanslarında artış olmaktadır. İşgörenlerin performansındaki bu artış örgüt verimini olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. İşgörenlerin örgütlerine olan bağlılığı, örgütlerin onlara karşı adaletli tutumları ile paralellik gösterdiği incelemeler sonucu ortaya konmuştur. Bu incelemeler ışığında görülmüştür ki işverenlerin ve örgüt yöneticilerinin, işgörenlerine karşı olan adaletli tutumu çalışanların bağlılığını olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. Bu durum, hem örgüte hem de çalışana pozitif yansıma yapmaktadır. Bu çalışma, bahsetmiş olduğumuz adalet algısı ile çalışanların örgütlerine olan bağlılıklarını ele almaktadır. Anlattığımız bağlılık süreçleri, çalışan ile örgüt arasındaki ilişkinin kıstaslarını detaylı bir şekilde ortaya koymuştur. Araştırmaya, İstanbul ili Büyükçekmece ilçesinde bulunan devlet ve özel okullarda eğitim veren 354 öğretmen dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin anket cevapları algılanan adaletin olgusunun çalışanların örgütsel bağlılığına olan etkisine ışık tutmaktadır.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolThe fact that organizations may survive in difficult business life and continue their success in their existing market depend on accurate strategic plannings and continue their ways with vage earners who are loyal to their organizations. The greatest power supply of the organizations is the work power that is handed.The more the vage earners feel loyal to their organizations, the more increase in the work performance is observed. The increase in the performance of the vage earners influences the organizations output in a positive way. According to the studies, it is stated that the loyalty of the vage erners to their organizations is parallell with the fair attitudes of the organizations towards them.Under the light of these studies, it is seen that the fair attitude of job providers and executives towards their vage earners has been effecting the vage earners’ loyalty positively. This case has a positive reflection on both the organization and the vage earner. This study is about the justice perception and the loyalty of the vage earners to their organizations. The loyalty processes that we mentioned has stated the criterions of the relationship between the vage earner and the organization ,detailly. 354 teachers working in state and private schools of the city of İstanbul in Büyükçekmece region are included into this study. The questionnaire answers of the teachers participated in the study give light on the organizational loyalty of the wage earners’ percepted justice fact.tr_TR
