dc.description.abstractTeknoloji geliştirme bölgeleri, ülke ekonomileri ve bilimsel gelişmeler için oldukça önemli yerlerdir. Bu çalışmada amaç mevzuata uygun bir çalışma ortamının teknokent ve diğer teknoloji geliştirme bölgelerinde nasıl oluşturulacağını anlamaktır. Bu amaca ulaşmak adına, alan yazın taraması gerçekleştirilmiş, ardından Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Teknokentinde mevzuatın uygunluğu kontrol edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak yaya ve araç kullanıcıları için yeterli işaretlerin bulunmadığı, yangın ekibinin oluşturulmadığı ve raf ve dolap gibi iş ortamındaki malzemelerin deprem önlemlerinin alınmadığı görülmüştür. Çalışmanın tek bir teknokent için örneklendirilmesi sınırlılık olarak kabul edilmektedir.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolThe techno cities are the important research and development places and they have a huge role on the development of the science and economy of the country. In this study the goal is to determine how the techno cities can be constructed and how can a place be suitable for the occupational health and safety regulations. To reach this goal a literature review has done and Yıldız Technical University Techno City has been controlled about the necessities of the legislations. The results showed that the information and the caution signs are not enough for the pedestrians and the vehicles. Also the results showed that the shelves and cases have not been fixed to the walls and there is not a fire team. The study has finished with a survey of a techno city and this has been accepted as the limitedness of the research.tr_TR
