dc.description.abstractİşe alım süreçleri, işletmeler için kadroyu oluşturma ve geliştirme açısından gereklidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Türk tekstil sektörüne işe alım süreçlerinde kullanılan tekniklerin çalışanların performansını ne şekilde ve ne düzeyde etkilediğini belirlemektir. Bu amaçla literatür taraması ve mülakat görüşmesi yönteminin uygulandığı çalışmada, işe alım teknikleri ile performans arasındaki ilişkinin kaçınılmaz olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir. İşe alım tekniklerinden mülakatın diğer tekniklere oranla performansla daha yakından –yüksek düzeyde- ilişkili olduğu çalışmanın temel sonuçlarından birisidir.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolThe recruitment techniques are needed to staff and to develop their department in the organizations. The goal of this study is to determine the affects of the employment techniques on the worker's job performance. To reach the goal a literature review has done and the interview methodology has been selected. The results showed that there is a closed and positive relationship between the employment and the job performance. The basic result of the study has showed that the interview methodology is the best one for the employee's performance.tr_TR
