dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Bağımsızlık Sonrası Azerbaycanın Dış Ticaret Politikası ve Sonuçları araştırılmış, detaylı incelenmesi yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. İlk önce Azerbaycan ekonomisi hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiş, Azerbaycanın Sovyetler Birliği ve sonrasındakı ülke ekonomisi dönemlere ayrılarak incelenmiştir. İkinici bülümde dış ticaret politikası kavramı, dış ticaretin tarihsel yapısı, amaç ve araçları açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Sonuncu bölüm olan üçüncü bölümde Azerbaycanın Dış Ticaret Politikası araştırılmış, ülkenin Dış Ticaretinde İthalat, İhracat ve Yabancı Yatırımlar gerekli tablolarla analiz edilmiş ve yıllara göre karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Azerbaycanın Dış Ticaret politikasında önemli yeri tutan Pertol ve Doğal Gaz sektörü detaylıca araştırılmış ve ülke ekonomisine vediği katkılar değerlendirilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra Petol Dışı sektör hakkında da gerekli araştırmalar ve incelemeler yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Aynı zamanda bu bölümde Azerbaycanın Ticari İlişkileri ayrıca bir alt başlık olarak araştırılmış, bir çok ticari kurumlarla yapmış olduğu anlaşmalar hakkında kısa bilgiler verilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra Azerbaycanda Gümrük Tarifeleri adı altında ayrıca başlık konulmuş ve Azerbaycanda uygulanan Gümrük Vergileri incelenmeye alınmış, gerekli maddelerle açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bağımsızlık sonrası Azerbaycanın dış ticaretinde önemli yerlerden birini tutan Yabancı Yatırımlara da baş vurulmuş ve gerekli tablolarla açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ülkede ki yatırım alanları değerlendirilmiş, kısa alt başlıklarlara bölünerek gösterlimliştir. Son olarak Azerbaycan-Türkiye Ticari İlişkileri araştırılmış, karşılaştırmalarla incelenmeye alınmıştır. Sonuç kısmında Azerbaycanın Dış Ticretin Politikasındakı sorunlara deyilmiş, gerekli önlemlerin uygulanması öngörülmüştür.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolIt has been investigated and attempted to get a detailed research in this thesis about Azerbaijan Foreign Trade Policy and its results after the independence of the Azerbaijan Republic. Firstly, it has been given general information about Azerbaijan economy, then the economy of the Azerbaijan Republic has been investigated in dividing to the period of The Soviet Union and after this term. In the second section, the concept of foreign trade policy, the historical structure, tools and goals of foreign trade have been explained. In the third or last section, foreign trade policy of Azerbaijan has been researched, in the foreign trade of the country Import, Export and Foreign Investment have been analysed with the related tables and have been given comparison of different annual economic results. Petrol and Gas sectors which hold an important places in Azerbaijan's foreign trade policy have been investigated in detail and its contributions to the country's economy has been assessed. As well as the necessary researches and studies about non-oil sector has been attempted. Also in this section (chapter), The Trade Relations of Azerbaijan has been searched as a separate title, and short information about the agreements of trade corporates has been given. However, The Custom Tariffs in Azerbaijan entitled separately. The Custom Taxes practiced in Azerbaijan are analyzed and explained with brief statements as needed. It has been made study of foreign investments with the related tables which hold one of the most important place in the economy of the country after the period of Independence. The Investment fields in the country has been evaluated and presented with short titles. Finally, Azerbaijan-Turkey trade relations have been investigated and examined by comparison. In conclusion, problems of foreign trade policy has been shown and given ways of solving these problems, in other words, it has been envisaged the implementation of the necessary measures about economic difficulties.tr_TR
