dc.description.abstractİstanbul kentiçi ulaşım sorunu artan nüfusla birlikte karmaşık bir hal almış mevcut yollar artık talebe cevap veremez duruma gelmiştir. Ortaya trafiğin yarattığı olumsuzluklar çıkmış kent yaşamının erişebilirliğini ortadan kaldırmıştır. Ulaşımın etkin bir şekilde yapılamaması toplum tarafından bir sorun haline gelmiştir. Bu açıdan toplu taşımanın artırılması gerekliliği ortaya çıkmıştır. İstanbul kentiçi ulaşımda ulaşım yönetiminin tek elden yönetilmemesi, farklı kurum ve işletmelerin yönetiminde bulunması, ulaşım sorunun çözülmesinde en önemli sorundur. Bunun yerine diğer dünya kentlerinde olduğu gibi kendi yönetim kurullarına sahip olan bir ulaşım otoritesine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu gerçekleştirildiğinde İstanbul için daha kaliteli bir ulaşım altyapısı oluşturularak bununla birlikte yaşanan kent içi ulaşım ve toplu taşıma sorunu çözümlenebilecektir.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolLocal transportation problem of Istanbul has got complicated with the effects of increasing population and the current roads become incapable of meeting the demand. So, problems have come up caused by the traffic and the accessibility of the city life has been destroyed. Ineffectively practices in transport have created a problem for the society. In that respect, the necessity of enhance in the public transport has occurred. The most important problem for the local transport in Istanbul is the management of the transportation by not a monopoly; by different corporations and firms. Instead, we need a transportation authority which has its own management rules, like the other cities of the world. When that goal achieved, a more qualified transport substructure will have been formed and the problems of public transport will have been solved.tr_TR
