Although education is traditionally seemed to be an ideal women‟s profession women are generally in a position of class teachers who enters classroom. Among them, there are a few women that become education administrators. Studies show us that social, cultural and traditional beliefs still set female behaviours and preferences. Woman‟s own will and desire are not literally answered in society. Such reasons as; husband‟s lack of support, consultant deficiency, dual roles of administration and motherhood can be considered evidence. Obviously women have some internal obstacles about self perception. Even though in traditional perpective it is accepted that education, wife and mother concepts are the complementary roles of women, administration is regarded to be against this role.tr_TR
