| dc.description.abstract | 1982 Anayasası ile küçük yerleşim yerleri birleştirilerek Büyükşehirler kuruldu. 1984’te Büyükşehir Belediye Kanunu kabul edildi. Aynı yılın Mart ayın da Büyükşehir Belediyesi Yönetimi Hakkında Kanun Hükmünde Kararname yayımlandı. Türkiye büyük şehirleri olan İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir’de Büyükşehir Belediye Yönetimleri kuruldu. Bu tarihten itibaren planlı kentleşme sürecinin başlayacağını düşünen İstanbullular, çok geçmeden hızlı kentleşmenin çarpıklığıyla karşı, karşıya kaldılar. Aslında İstanbul’un keşmekeş nüfusu yıllar öncesine, 1948 yılında Marshall planıyla ülkemize giren 24 bin kadar traktörün tarım sektöründe başlayan iç ve dış göçlerin başlamasına dayanmaktadır. Bu göçler kırsal alanda topraksız ve maraba konumunda bulunan milyonlarca tarım işçisinin kentlere akışlarına yol açmıştır. Bu göç dalgaları sonucu oluşan kent-kırsal alan karşılaşması, aynı zamanda üniversitelerde ve sivil sektörlerde siyasal ideolojilerin kutuplaşması sürecini de başlatmış oldu. Hızla artan İstanbul nüfusu, barınma ihtiyacını karşılamak, daha sonra artan trafik sorununu düzeltmek için sorunun kaynağına inmek yerinen kısa süreli bir rahatlama sağlamak adına doğaya, doğasına hunharca zarar vermiştir. Yapılan üçüncü köprüye bu görüşün teminatı durumundadır. Lakin bununda geçici bir çözüm olduğu ileride olması muhtemel dördüncü-beşinci köprü çalışmalarıyla anlaşılacaktır. Yapılan her köprü nüfusu azaltmamış aksine, artırdığını yapılan nüfus sayımları ile de görmekteyiz. O halde hala nedir bu doğayı tahrip etme histerisi? Hâlbuki tarihe baktığımızda, Paleolitik Çağ’da anaerkil bir toplum, bu toplumun kutsalının da kadın olduğunu görüyoruz. Kadınların kutsal olmasının nedeni ise Tabiat ana gibi üretiyor olması (doğuruyor), görüldüğü üzere tabiatın üretkenliği kadına aktarılmış ve kadın yaşadığı toplumun Ana Tanrıçasını durumuna yükseltilmiş. Eskiden kutsal sayılan tabiat günümüzde nasıl oluyor da bu kadar kolay tahrip ediliyor. Yoksa anaerkil toplumun ataerkil topluma dönüşümü gibi; doğanın yaşamı var etme durumu da el değiştirip insanoğluna mı geçiyor; yoksa paranın yeşili ağacın yeşiline baskın mı geliyor? Bu sorunun cevabını sanırım yine bize zaman gösterecek doğal felaketler karşısında çaresiz kalan insanoğlu tahrip ettiği doğayı düzeltmek için çok geç kalmış olacak. Kendi otobiyografimizi oluştururken çağdaş, aydın, bilim insanı gibi sıfatlar kullanırken, bizden yıllar önce yaşadığımız, bu topraklara ayak izlerini bırakmış insanlara çağdışı, ilkel unvanlarını kullanıyoruz; hâlbuki onların ilkelliği bilinçlerinde değil şartlarında, bizim ilkelliğimiz ise bilinçlerimizde. Bundan tam 160 yıl önce doğanın diyalektiğini yapmış olan büyük şef Seattle, günümüzde ne kadar yanılmış olabilir ki? Doğa’nın kudretini, şifasını bilebilmek için onunla iç içe geçmek mi gerekir; yoksa ona muhtaç mı kalmalıyız?160 yıl önce böylesi önemli bir mektup kaleme alan “vahşi” adam acaba toprağı anlamak için ona muhtaç mı kaldı yoksa o, toprağın anlamını tek başına mı buldu? | dc.description.abstractol | With the 1980 Constitution, the Metropolitans were established by combining the small settlements.1984 the Metropolitan Municipality Decree was accepted.The same year, on March ,the Management Decree of the Metropolitan Municipalitywas publised.The Metropolitan Municipalities were established in Istanbul,Izmir and Ankara where are the big cities of Turkey..From this date, Istanbul residents who planned to beginthe process of urbanization face to face the distortions of rapid urbanization soon. In fact, the populations of Istanbul’s chaos is based on the onset of the internal and external migration of 24 thousand tractors in the agricultural sector that has entered our country with Marshall Plan in 1948. In rural areas,in millions of the agricultural workers that are landless and maraba position have led to flow into city. Urban- rural area encounter that is caused by these migrations waves has also been initiated the process of the polirization of the political idealogy in the universities and the civil sectors,at hte same time. Rapidly growing population of the Istanbul has damaged the nature and its nature bloodthirstily in the name of the short-term relief to meet the need for shelter,later to fix the increasing the traffic jam instead of going to the source of the problem.The third bridge that is made is also collateral of this view.But it is a temporary solution that will be seen with the possible fourth-fifth bridge works in the future. Each bridge that has been made hasn’t reduced the population, in contrast,we can see from the census that each bridge causes the increasing of population.So, what is still the hysteria of the destroying the nature? Whereas , when we look at history, we see that there is a matriarchal society in the Palaeolithic Era and also the women are the holy of this community.The reason why women are sacred was transferred to the women the productivity of the nature to be seen as the mother nature produces because women had the productivity like the nature and women had risen to the status of the Mother Goddness of the community.Formerly,sacred nature is being destroyed how come so easy today. Or, as the conversion to the Patriarchal society of the Matriarchal society; Does the life situation that is created by the nature also undergo to the human by changing hands? Or, Is the green of money more dominant than the green of tree? I think the answer of these questions will show us time again and the mankind that are helpless in the face of the natural disasters will be too late to correct the nature to be destroyed. While creating our own autobiography and while using some adjectives for ourselves such as contemporary ,intellectuals, scientists, people lived in this earth years ago before us and they left their footprints on this earth.But we are using outdated and primitive titles them. Whereas, their primitive is not in their consicious,in their circumstances.But our primitives are in our consicious. Exactly 160 years ago,Seattle is a great chief who had made the dialectic of the nature,today how wrong can he be? To know the nature’s power and the nature’s healing, should we intertwine or should we be in need of it?
