dc.description.abstract	Toplumların geliĢmiĢlik düzeyi eğitime verilen önem ve kalitesine bağlıdır. Eğitim ve öğretim, hızla geliĢen teknoloji ve bilgi sistemleri ile sosyal ve ekonomik kalkınmanın temelini oluĢturmaktadır. Yaygın eğitim ilgi, istek ve yetenekleri doğrultusunda ekonomik, toplumsal ve kültürel geliĢmelerini sağlayıcı nitelikte, çeĢitli süre ve düzeylerde hayat boyu yapılan eğitim öğretim, üretim, rehberlik ve uygulama etkinliklerinin tümünü kapsamaktadır. KüreselleĢme sürecinin etkisiyle yaygın eğitim çalıĢmalarının nitelik değiĢtirmesi Türkiye’de eğitimin gün geçtikçe yerelleĢmesini neden olmaktadır. Belediyeler yaygın eğitim faaliyetlerinde önemli geliĢmeler elde etmiĢlerdir. Bu çalıĢmada ġiĢli Belediyesinin yaygın eğitim çalıĢmalarının özellikleri ve gerekçeleri açıklanmaya çalıĢılacaktır	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	The importance given to education depends on the level of development of societies. Education and teaching with rapidly improving technology and information systems is the basis of social and economic development. Non-formal education interests, desires and capabilities in line with economic, social and cultural development provider, nature, duration, and levels of a variety of lifelong education and training, production, and implementation guidance covers all events. The effect of the globalization process, non-formal education activities change the quality of education in Turkey decentralization causes. Municipalities have achieved significant improvements in non-formal education activities. Sisli Municipality of features and the reasons for non-formal education activities in this study will be explained.	tr_TR
