dc.description.abstract Humans depend on communication notion to sustain their social relationships thus they are social living beings. Communication, which has an important role in life, has been thought about in the past and today by scientists and thinkers who have been interested in the subject. Especially during World War II, using propaganda in an effective way caused a significant increase in communication studies. As a result of these studies new theories and models, which are also applicable today, have been added to the field. With improving technology and using new channels may lead to new theories and models or change the way we use them. It deserves to be examined if an extraordinary element is observed in a theory or a model. This study aims find out how a theory or a model can be turned into its best. In this context the two-step-flow model of communication will be interpreted by examining a television program. tr_TR
