dc.description.abstract	Enerji bugün dünyanın karşı karşıya olduğu en kritik ekonomik, çevresel ve gelişimsel meselelerin merkezinde yer almaktadır. Temiz, verimli, uygun fiyatlı ve güvenilir enerji hizmetleri, küresel refah için vazgeçilmezdir. Bu bağlamda, enerji güvenliği de hem kısa hem de uzun vadede ülkelerin refahı açısından önemli olmaktadır. Kısa vadeli enerji güvenliği, enerji sisteminin arz-talep dengesindeki ani değişikliklere uyum sağlayabilme kabiliyetini gösterirlen, uzun vadeli enerji güvenliği, ekonomik gelişmelere ve sürdürülebilir çevresel gereksinimlere uygun olarak enerji tedarik etmek adına yatırımlarla da ilişkidir. Bu bağlamda, enerji güvenliğinin eksikliği, kısa vadede, döviz yoluyla ortaya çıkabilecek şoklara maruz aklma anamına gelmekte uzun vadede de bu gibi yatırımların olmaması şeklinde anlaşılabilmektedir. Türkiye’nin doğalgaz tüketiminin neredeyse tamamı ithal edilmekte olduğu düşünüldüğünde, doğalgaz açısından enerji güvenliğinden yoksun olunduğu söylenebilmektedir. Bu durumu değiştirmek adına ortaya çıkan Trans-Anadolu Doğal Gaz Boru Hattı (TANAP), Türkiye'nin doğal gaz boru hattı olmakta ve Türkiye için stratejik bir öneme sahip olmaktadır. Türkiye, Azerbaycan dışında ilk kez doğalgaz ihracatı gerçekleştirme fırsatını elinde bulundurmakta ve doğalgaz ticaretindeki köprü konumu ile enerji piyasasında elini güçlendirmektedir. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmada, TANAP ve Türkiye’nin enerji piyasasındaki stratejileri analiz edilmiştir.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	Energy is at the center of today's most critical economic, environmental and developmental issues facing the world. Clean, efficient, affordable and reliable energy services are indispensable for global prosperity. In this context, the security of the country is important for the welfare of the countries both in the short and long term. Short-term energy security is the relationship with the investments in the name of supplying energy in accordance with economic developments and sustainable environmental requirements, which demonstrate the ability to adapt to the sudden changes in the supply-demand balance of the energy system. In this context, the lack of energy security, in the short term, causes shocks that may arise through exchange rate shocks. In the long term, lack of such investments can be understood as low energy security. When all of Turkey's gas consumption is almost considered to be imported it may be said to be devoid of gas in terms of energy security. This situation aced a chance of a change with the Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP), This natural gas pipeline has a strategic importance for Turkey. Turkey exports for the first time except from Azerbaijan and have the opportunity to bridge the energy market in the natural gas trade which is strengthening the countrys hand. In this context, in this study, TANAP and Turkey's strategy in the energy market have been analyzed.	tr_TR
