dc.description.abstract	Tükenmişlik, kişinin yaptığı işten haz alma yetisini kaybetmesi, duygusal çöküntü içerisine girerek veriminin düşmesi demektir. Örgüt kültürü, bir kurumda çalışanlar tarafından paylaşılan değerlerdir. Örgüt kültürü ile tükenmişlik, birbirleriyle ilişkili kavramlardır. Bu araştırmada, ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik düzeyi ve alt boyutları ile örgüt kültürü ve alt boyutları arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Tükenmişliği ‘Duygusal Tükenme’, ‘Duyarsızlaşma’ ve düşük kişisel başarı olarak üç boyutta ele alan Maslach, yapılan iş ile ilgili kronikleşmiş duygusal ve kişilerarası stresörlere yönelik sürekli bir tepki olarak tanımlamıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik düzeyi ile örgüt kültürü arasındaki ilişkiyi tüm boyutlarıyla birlikte ortaya koymaktır. Bu araştırmanın evrenini 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul’da görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul İli Küçükçekmece İlçesinde ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada yapılan analiz sonucunda, tükenmişlik düzeyi ile örgüt kültürünün birbirleriyle ilişkili kavramlar olduğu, örgüt kültürünün öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik düzeyi üzerinde etkili olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	The Word definition of the exhaustion is the lost of somebody’s relish and decrease of efficiency of him due to emotional depression. Organization culture is the worthy that is shared among the employers in a foundation. Organization culture and the exhaustion are two nations that are related to each other. In this research, the exhaustion level of the teachers that work in the secondary school and its lower dimensions are observed by the comparison of the organization culture and its lower dimensions. Maslach who handles the exhaustion in three demotions as emotional exhaustion, becoming insensitive and low personal success, described it as a constant reaction towards chronic emotional and interpersonal stressors. The aim of this research is to bring up the relation among the level of the exhaustion and organization culture in its all dimensions. Teachers that Work in İstanbul during the 2018-2019 education year create the system of this research. The sample of this research consist of the teachers who work in Küçükçekmece secondary schools in 2018-2019 education year. At the end of analyze of the research, it has been known that the level of the exhaustion and the organization culture are related notions and the organization culture is effective on the level of the teachers exhaustion.	tr_TR
