dc.description.abstract	Tasarım ve proje oluşturmanın birçok yolu vardır. Sunulan yazılımların çok sayıda olması, kullanıcıları yanlış yönlendirebilir, özellikle öğrenciler ve genç mimarlar için bu durum sorun oluşturabilir. Firmaların çalışma alanlarındaki farklılaşmalara göre yazılımlar konusunda farklı gereksinimleri olacaktır. Bilgisayar yazılımları üreticisi firmaların, yazılımlar konusunda kendi görüş, amaç ve stratejileri vardır. Bu stratejiler bütün firmaların gereksinimlerini aynı anda karşılayamaz. Firmalar kendi gereksinimlerini karşılayan yazılımları bulmaya çalışırlar. Bu tez çalışmasının amacı, inşaat ve özellikle tasarım aşamasında arazi modellemesi ile ilgili mimarlar ve tasarımcılar için en iyi ve evrensel olabileceği düşünülen BIM yazılımların karşılaştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla tez çalışmasında kullanıcı değerlendirmelerini ölçmeye yönelik iki yöntem belirlenmiştir. İlk yöntem, BIM yazılımları kullanan birkaç mimar ve şirket tarafından bir arazi ve bina modellenip, onların bu süreçte yazılımlar ile ilgili karşılaştıkları artı ve eksi yönlerinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada bu katılımcıların fikirleri, yorumları, deneyimleri ve tercihleri dikkate alınmıştır. İkinci yöntem, yazılımların, tez araştırma sürecinde belirlenmiş kriterlere göre katılımcılar tarafından değerlendirilmesini içeren anket çalışmasıdır. Anket sonucunda katılımcıların ArchiCad, Revit ve AllPlan programları ile ilgili bireysel ve profesyonel çıkarımları ile sözü edilen programların avantaj ve dezavantajları tanımlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucu, her kullanıcı ve her bir kriter için puanlar içeren bir çizelge ve her program için toplam puanlar çizelgesinde verilmiştir. Sonuç olarak belirlenen BIM programlarının kullanıcıları tarafından benzer değerlendirme puanları aldığı görülmüştür. Kullanıcıların en uygun yazılımı kendilerinin seçmesinin doğru olacağı kararına varılmıştır. Kullanıcı hangi programı kullanacağına karar verirken, kendisi için önemli olan kriterleri dikkate alarak seçim yapacaktır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	There are a lot of ways to create design and project. The large amount of software offered can mislead users, especially students and young architects. Different companies have different software requirements. Also, computer software manufacturer companies have their own opinions, objectives and strategies in this regard. These strategies cannot meet the requirements of all companies at the same time. Only each company knows the software that meets their requirements.Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to compare the best and the most universal software for architects and designers during the construction and especially design phases. The thesis work bases on two ways to accomplish this task. The first was the modeling of land and building by several architects and companies that use BIM, and the definition of the advantages and disadvantages of the programs during this process. Their subjective and professional ideas, comments, experience and preferences were considered in this thesis work. The second method was a questionnaire, which was prepared for the evaluation of software by participants in accordance with the criteria defined in the research process. In the evaluation of the survey study, the pros and cons of the ArchiCad, Revit ve AllPlan software experienced during the modeling process and their professional careers were shown. The result of the study is a table with estimates for each user and each criterion and a total score for each program. Therefore, the user must choose the most convenient software. The choice of solution depends on the importance of the criteria for user.	tr_TR
