dc.description.abstract	Bir ülkenin geleceği, yetiĢmekte olan nesillerin eğitimine bağlıdır.Ancak eğitimle ülkemizin geliĢmesine ve daha refah düzeye gelmesini sağlayabiliriz. Buradaki en büyük sorumluluk ise öğretmenlerimize aittir. Öğretmenlerimizin daha hevesli, azimli ve üretken olması örgütsel bağlılıklarına bağlıdır. ÇalıĢmada branĢ öğretmenlerinin örgütsel bağlılıklarının eğitim kurumlarının amaçları doğrultusunda olup olmadığı incelenmekte ve bireylerin demografik ve mesleki özelliklerinin örgütsel bağlılıkları üzerinde etkisi olup olmadığı araĢtırılmıĢtır. Bu amaçla Ġstanbul Fatih ilçesindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan branĢ öğretmenleri seçilmiĢ ve bunlara ilgili anket formundaki sorular sorulmuĢtur. AraĢtırma kapsamında branĢ öğretmenlerinin örgütsel bağlılık ölçeğine iliĢkin önermelere katılım dereceleri incelenmiĢ ve branĢ öğretmenlerinin demografik özelliklerinin örgütsel bağlılıklarına iliĢkin tutumlarında farklılaĢma yaratıp yaratmadığı araĢtırılmıĢtır. Toplanan verilerin SPSS 22.0 istatistik paket programı ile çözümlenmesi yapılmıĢtır. ÇalıĢmada branĢ öğretmenlerinin demografik özelliklerinin, örgütsel bağlılık tutumları arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılık bulunmadığı ancak öğretmenlerin ekonomik kaygı ve beklentilerinin örgütsel bağlılıklarını önemli derecede etkilediği görülmüĢtür.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	The future of a country depends on the education of the next generation. We can only provide the development and the welfare of the country with education. The biggest responsibility here belongs to our teachers. To be more eager, ambitious and productive for our teachers depends on organizational commitment. In this study, it is researched if organizational commitment of branch teachers are in line with the purposes of educational institutions and it is examined if demographical and commercial characteristics of branch teachers have an effect on their organizational commitment. For this purpose, 402 branch teachers who work at secondary schools and high schools in Fatih district are randomly selected and the questions on the survey form are asked to them. Within the context of research, the participation levels to suggestions about organizational commitment of branch teachers have been examined and it is researched if demographic characteristics of branch teachers create differentiation in their attitudes towards their organizational commitment. The analysis of collected data have been made with SPSS 22.0 statistics software. In this study, it has been revealed that there is no significant discrepancy between the organizational commitment attitudes and demographic characteristics of branch teachers. However, it is obviously revealed that economic anxiety and expectations affect organizational commitment significantly.	tr_TR
