dc.description.abstract	ÇağdaĢ kurumlar, hedef kitlenin güven ve desteğini sağlamak ve insanların kuruma saygısını kazanmak için planlı, dürüst ve aktif bir halkla iliĢkiler çabasına gereksinim duymaktadır. KentleĢmenin giderek yoğunlaĢtığı günümüzde, insanların yaĢamlarını kolaylaĢtıracak, hayat kalitesini arttıracak faaliyetlerin merkez noktası, yerel yönetim birimi olan belediyelerdir. Belediyeler, sıradan insanların yanı sıra ülkemizde sayıları on milyona yaklaĢan engelli bireylerin de ihtiyaç duyduğu çalıĢmaları yerine getirmekle sorumludur. Çünkü belediyeler, tüm belde halkına karĢı sorumluluk duygusuyla hareket etmelidir. Bu sorumluluğun baĢarıyla yerine getirilmesi kurumun ihtiyaç duyduğu halkın güven ve desteğini sağlamasına ve yalnızca belde halkının değil tüm toplumun saygısını kazanarak güçlü bir kurum imajına sahip olabilir. Bu çalıĢmada BayrampaĢa Belediyesinin engelli bireylere yönelik gerçekleĢtirmiĢ olduğu ―Fizik Tedavi ve Engelliler Rehabilitasyon Merkezi‖ çalıĢmasının kurum imajı üzerine etkisi ortaya koyulmaya çalıĢılmıĢtır. Bu nedenle BayrampaĢa Belediyesi Basın Yayın ve Halkla ĠliĢkiler Müdürü ve Fizik Tedavi ve Engelliler Rehabilitasyon Kurum Müdürü ile mülakat yapılmıĢtır. GerçekleĢtirilen mülakatlar sonucunda kurumlarda halkla iliĢkilere gereken önemin verilmediği görülmektedir. Öte yandan BayrampaĢa Belediyesi‘nin baĢta engelli ve yakınları olmak üzere gerçekleĢtirilen çalıĢma sayesinde kurumdan hizmet alan vatandaĢların düĢüncesinde olumlu bir imaj edindiği yapılan çalıĢmalar sonucunda ortaya koyulmuĢtur.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	Contemporary establishments are in need of well organized, decent and active public relations to earn respect and support from the target group and meanwhile to earn respect of these people to the establishments. As the urbanization is increasing nowedays, municipalities, which are the main part of local authority, are responsible for improving the quality of life and simplifying people‘s lives, Besides ordinary people, municipalities are responsible for fulfilling the needs of disabled people whose number is reaching up to ten million in our country. Since, municipalities must act with the feeling of responsibility to all the inhabitants in the city. By Conducting thes e responsibilities in a proper way, the establishmen can have a powerful image and gain the support and trust from not only the inhabitants of the city but also from all the people living in the country. With the project that has been carried out towards the handicapped individuals by BayrampaĢa Municipality, it has been tried to reveal the effects of ―Phystcal Therapy and Handicapped Rehabilitation center on the image of the establisment. For this reason, an interwiev has been conducted with the press and Public Relations Manager and Physical therapy and Handicapped Rehabilitation Corporate Manager. Ġn the conclusion of these interviews, it has been reported that these establishments don‘t give enough importance to public relations. On the other hand, it has been revealed that with this Project which was carried out for the handicapped individuals and their families, people, who get service from the establish ment gained better opinion about the image of the establishment.	tr_TR
