| dc.description.abstract | 6331 Sayılı İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği (ISG) Kanununda işyerlerinin yanı sıra okullar ile ilgili hükümler de bulunmaktadır. Okul müdürleri, öğretmenler ve personeller güncel kanun ve yönetmelikleri uygulamakla yükümlüdür. Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB)’dan gelen yetkili kişi veya kişilerce ISG uygulamaları okul yöneticilerine ve çalışanlarına anlatılmaktadır. Okul binası ve çevresi ile ilgili İSG Kanun ve yönetmeliklere göre düzenlemeler yapılması istenmektedir. Bu çalışmada kanun ve yönetmeliklerden faydalanarak okullarda (ilkokul-ortaokul ve dengi okullar) ISG çalışmalarına yönelik olan değerlendirme gözlemlenerek, işverenin sorumlulukları iş güvenliği uzmanının görevleri incelenecektir. MEB tarafından hazırlanan ISG okul rehberi kullanılarak İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği çalışmaları yapılmaktadır. Sorumluluk okul müdürü, yönetimi ve aynı zamanda öğretmenlerdedir. Okul ortamında bütün tehlikeler tespit edilmeli, risk meydana gelmeden önce önlemlerin alınması için çalışmalar ivedi bir şekilde yapılmalıdır. Okul ortamında doğabilecek olası risklerin oluşmaması için öncesinde risk değerlendirme yapılması tüm okullarda gereklidir. Acil durum eylem planı, korunma, tahliye gibi durumlarda öğrencilerin nasıl davranması gerektiği ile ilgili çeşitli eğitimler verilmelidir. Yöneticilere, çalışanlara ve öğrencilere doğal afetlerle ilgili belirli aralıklarla tatbikat yaptırılmalı ve bu gibi durumlarda nasıl davranmaları gerektiği önemlidir. MEB izniyle okullardan belirli aralıklarda depreme karşı dayanıklı olup olmadığı incelenmelidir. Çocuklara doğal afetlerde nasıl davranmaları gerektiği dikkatlerini çekecek şekilde yaş guruplarına uygun olarak anlatılmalıdır. Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından görevlendirilen yetkili kişi okullarda bulunan idareciler ve öğretmenler tarafından yapılan çalışmalar, risk teşkil eden durumlar değerlendirilmiştir. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.abstractol | Occupational Healthand Safety (OHS) Law No. 6331 contains provisions related to work places as well as schools. School principals, teachers, and staffare obliged to apply the current laws and regulations. OHS applications are given to the school administrators and employees by theauthorized person or persons coming from theMinistry of National Education (MONE). It’srequired that the arrangements related to school building and ıt’s surroundings should be made according to OHS Law and regulations. In this study, by evaluating the evaluation for ISG studies in schools (primary and secondary schools and schools) by taking advantage of laws andregulations, the responsibilities of the employer and the duties of the occupational safety specialist will be examined. The studies are done by using OHS school guide preparedby MONE. The school principal, administration and also the teachers are responsible. Allhazards must be identified in the school environment and work must be carried out urgently to take measures before the risk occurs risk assessment is mandatory in all schools in order to avoidpotential risks in the school environment. Varioustrainings should be given on how students should be have in case of emergency action plan, protection and evacuation. Managers, employees and students should be regularly instructed on natural disastersand how they should be have in suchsituations. With the permission of MONE, it should be examined whether the schools are resistant to earthquakes at certainintervals. Children should be told how tobe have in natural disasters in accordance with age groups. The authorized person appointed by the Ministry of National Education, the work done by the administrators and teachers in the schools, the situations that are risk yareevaluated. | tr_TR |
