dc.description.abstract	Bu tez çalışmasında geleneksel Rize İkizdere evleri plan tipolojisi, plan elemanları, yapım sistemi ve malzeme açısından incelenerek bölgenin konut mimarisi hakkında genel bir bilgi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma konusunun seçilmesinin temel nedeni, Doğu Karadeniz bölgesinin Anadolu geleneksel konut mimarisi açısından zengin örnekler sunuyor olmasıdır. Bu amaçla pilot bölge olarak seçilen Rize İkizdere bölgesinde 10 konut örneği seçilmiş ve bu örnekler yönlendirme, arazi konumu, plan tipi, plan elemanları, yapım sistemi, malzeme ve cephe özellikleri açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Tezin birinci bölümünde konuyla ilgili temel kavramlar olan ev, konut, geleneksel konut ve kırsal konut kavramları açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde çalışma alanı olan İkizdere ilçesinin genel yapısı, coğrafi konumu, iklim ve bitki örtüsü, nüfus, ekonomi ve tarihi incelenmiştir. Bölge genel olarak tanıtılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde bölgede konutun tarihi, konutların biçimlendirilmesine etki eden çevresel faktörler, Doğu Karadeniz bölgesi konutlarının plan özellikleri ve yapım sistemi anlatılmıştır. Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümde ise pilot bölge olan İkizdere'de seçilmiş olan geleneksel yapı örnekleri; yapım tarihi, konumu ve yerleşim özellikleri, plan özellikleri, yapım sistemi ve cephe özellikleri başlıkları altında incelenmiştir. Tezin değerlendirme ve sonuç bölümünde ise alan çalışması sırasında elde edilen genel veriler toplu olarak sunulmuştur. Bu verilerin yanı sıra bölge konutlarının gelecek kuşaklara aktarılması yönüde tavsiyelerde bulunulmuştur. Bu bölümde ortaya konan görüşlerin oluşmasında yöre halkının dile getirdiği beklenti ve gereksinmeleri yönlendirici olmuştur.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	In this study, the traditional houses of Eastern Black Sea were studied from the viewpoint of plan typology and construction techniques and tried to transfer old methods and plan types to future generations by consolidating the information that has emerged with traditional houses which still exist today. In this examination, Rize's İkizdere county was considered as pilot region. Ten sample houses were selected from the district of İkizdere. These ten selected house dates, location and settlement features, plan features, construction system, and pavilion architecture are examined. These investigations have examined how the traditional houses of Rize's Ikizdere region have survived from the past in terms of daily architecture. In the frst chapter, the main concepts such as home, house, traditional houses and rural houses are described. In the second chapter, the general structure, geographical location, climate and vegetation cover, population and economy and history of Ikizdere district, which was selected from the province of Rize and the pilot region, were examined. Region is explained in general. In the third chapter, the history of the area in the region, the environmental factors in the formation of the houses, plan features of the houses of the Eastern Black Sea region and the construction system of the houses of the Eastern Black Sea region are explained. In the fouth part, 10 traditional building examples chosen in the pilot region of İkizdere were examined. Constructions were examined under the headings of construction history, location and settlement characteristics, plan features, construction system and facade features. In the conclusion and evaluation part, traditional construction methods in Eastern Black Sea region were examined on 10 selected examples. By examining the 10 selected samples, we have determined how many plan typologies we have reached in our own samples.	tr_TR
