dc.description.abstract	Çalışmamızda arsa payı karşılığı inşaat sözleşmesinin tanımı, unsurları, hukuki niteliği, şekli, arsa sahibinin ve yüklenicinin borçları, temerrüdünün hüküm ve sonuçları, arsa sahibinin temerrüt nedeniyle sözleşmeden dönmesi halinde sözleşmenin sona ermesinin etkileri, yapının ayıplı olması halinde yüklenicinin ayıptan doğan sorumluluğunun şartları, arsa sahibinin ayıptan doğan seçimlik haklarının neler olduğu, sözleşmeden dönmenin taraflar ve 3. kişiler üzerindeki etkisi ile sözleşmenin sona ermesi halleri incelenecektir.	tr_TR
