dc.description.abstract	Bu araştırmanın ana konusu işletmelerde faaliyet gösteren bireylerin iş tatmini ve stres seviyelerinin ölçülmesidir. Çünkü bu iki olgunun yönetimi işletmelerin performansını artırıp, bireylerin ruh sağlığını koruyacaktır. Bu çalışma iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm, literatür taramasından elde edilen bilgileri içermektedir. Bu bölümün ilk kısımında iş tatmininin önemi ve tanımı, iş tatminini hakkında geliştirilen kuramlar ve iş tatminini artırmanın yöntemleri hakkındaki bilgiler bulunmaktadır. Teorik kısımın ikinci bölümünde ise stres kavramının önemi, tanımı, kaynakları, belirtileri, sonuçları, stres yönetimi konuları hakkında literatür taraması yöntemi ile elde edilen bilgiler yer almaktadır. Bu araştırmanın ikinci bölümü ise, uygulama ile ilgi bilgileri kapsamaktadır. Araştırma bölümünde Ferroli Isıtma ve Klima Sistemleri San. Tic. ve Servis A.Ş. işletmesi personeline uygunalanan anketin verileri, IBM SPSS Statistics programına aktarılıp ve analiz edildikten sonra, hipotezlerimizin doğruluğu sınanmıştır. Bu tezin hazırlanmasında Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, IBM SPSS Statistics ve Adobe Illustrator ve Photoshop programlarından faydalanmıştır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	The main theme of this research is to measure the job satisfaction and stress levels of the employees. Managing these two cases will increase the performance of the businesses and protect the mental and body health of the employees. This study contains two parts. The first section contains the information obtained from the literature review that contains information about the importance and definition of job satisfaction, theories about job satisfaction and the ways to improve job satisfaction. The second part of the theoretical research reveals information about the concept of stress, its definition, sources, specifications, results and methods of stress management issues. The last part of this study covers the application. In this chapter the data obtained from a survey which has been applied in Ferroli Klima Sistemleri San. Tic. ve Servis A.Ş. has been transferred and analyzed in the IBM SPSS Statistics program and the validity of our hypotheses has been tested. The Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, IBM SPSS Statistics and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop programs have been used during preparation of this thesis.	tr_TR
