dc.description.abstract	Stres, insanların aile yaşamına, sosyal ve çalışma yaşamına, en önemlisi de sağlığına olumsuz yönde etki etmektedir. İş yaşamında gelişen ve değişen şartların yanı sıra rekabet koşulları da insanların çalışma yaşamlarında zorluklar yaşamasına ve bunun bir sonucu olarak da stresle karşı karşıya kalmalarına sebep olmaktadır. Çalışanların iş ortamında maruz kaldığı stres durumu kişinin hem fiziksel ve psikolojik problemler yaşamasına sebep olmakta hem de kalıcı ve sürekli hastalıklara yakalamasına sebebiyet verebilmektedir. Ayrıca maruz kalınan stres sonrasında oluşan tepkiler kimi zaman bireyin ve kurumun amaçlarına aykırı olmakta ve hatta bireyin aile ve sosyal yaşamını da zorlaştırabilmektedir. Bu durum da stresi sosyal bir sorun haline getirmektedir. Son yıllarda başta örgüt yöneticileri olmak üzere, çalışanlar ve örgütlerin işletme dışından destek aldıkları uzmanlar, çalışma yaşamındaki stresi düşük seviyelerde tutmak ve oluşan stresle başa çıkma maksadıyla çalışmalar ve planlar geliştirmektedir. Stres, iş yaşamında çalışanların verimliliklerine olumsuz yönde etki ederek hem çalışanın hem de örgütün veriminde azalmalara sebep olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, stres kavramının ortaya konulması, stresin kişiler için önemi, aşamaları ve benzer kavramlarla ilişkileri, ileri sürülen kuramlar, kaynakları, belirtileri, sonuçları ve stresle başa çıkmanın önemi ve yöntemlerinin belirlenmesi konularının anlatılması amaçlanmaktadır. Tüm bunlara ek olarak Beylikdüzü Belediyesi çalışanlarına yapılan anket çalışmasıyla stresin, çalışanlar üzerindeki etkisi ölçümlenmeye çalışılmıştır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	Stress, family life, social life and working life, and most importantly, suggest that this has a negative effect on your health. Changing conditions in business life as well as the severity of the difficulties people in their working lives the conditions of competition and, consequently, cause you to be faced with the stress. Employee work environment that is exposed in a state of stress may cause the person to experience both physical and psychological problems can cause is both permanent and continuous diseases to catch. Also the reactions that occur after stress exposure and is contrary to the purposes of the institution and even the individual who the individual's family and social life quite difficult. In this case, the stress makes it a social problem. In recent years the managers of the organisation, employees, and receive support from outside experts when the business of the organization, and also keep low levels of stress coping with stress in working life studies and plans with the purpose of develops. Stress and a negative impact on the efficiency of the employees at the workplace, both the employee and can lead to reductions in the efficiency of the organization. In this study, it is aimed to explain the concept of stress, the importance of stress for the people, the stages and related to the similar concepts, the theories put forward, the sources, the statements, the results and the determination of the importance and methods of coping with stress. In addition to these, in addition to the questionnaire done to the employees of Beylikdüzü Municipality, the stress and the effect on the employees were tried to be measured.	tr_TR
