dc.description.abstract	Günümüzde sağlık personelleri ya da sağlık çalışanları diğer diğer sektörlerde çalışan personellere göre daha ağır iş yapmakta ve tehlikelere karşı yüz yüze kalmaktadırlar. İşin niteliği de ayrı bir unsur olarak görülmektedir. Sağlık personelleri hastanede yapmış oldukları işe göre yani iğne yaralanmaları, bel veya sırt ağrıları, kimyasal alerjiler, şiddet ve stres gibi çok çeşitli meslek tehlikelerine maruz kalıyorlar, bu önemli risk faktörleri sağlık çalışanların işteki tempolarını düşürmekte ve iş kazalarının gün geçtikçe armasına sebep olmakta ve personellerin ve hastaların güvenliklerini olumsuz olarak etkilemektedir. Bu hususlar sağlık personellerin sağlık ve güvenlik hususları gündemde yer almaktadır. Bu sebeplerle yola çıkılarak tez konusu olan Hastanelerde İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliğine yönelik hazırlanmıştır. Türkiye’de sağlık personellerine yönelik çalışmaların geçmişi eski değildir, bundan bir ya da birkaç yıl önce çıkarılan Hasta ve Çalışan Güvenliğinin Sağlanmasına Yönelik Yönetmelik konusunda sağlık personellerinin sağlığına ve güvenliği ile ilgili önemli düzenlemeler getirilmiştir. Bu düzenlemeye göre hastanelerde çalışan personellere yönelik komitelerin kurulması, yeni ve güvenli programlarla ilgili çalışmaların yapılması, personellere yönelik eğitim, bilgilendirme sağlık taraması, çalışanlara yönelik kişisel koruyucu tedbirler, kimyasal tehlikelere karşı yapılacak önlemler ve kontroller ayrıca çalışanlara yönelik şiddetin önlenmesine yönelik bir takım çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Yapılan yeniliklerle birlikte hastanelerde özel ya da kamu fark etmeden İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kurumları kurulmuştur, ancak eksiklikler tam olarak mevcut olmamakla beraber içerisinde personel, donanım ve hizmet hususlarında eksikliklerin tamamlanması için gerekli şartların yerine getirildiği gözlenmektedir. Sağlık çalışanların sağlığı ve güvenliği toplumun da sağlığını da etkileyen bir unsur olduğundan dolayı İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği uygulamalarının acilen hayata geçirilmesi şarttır. İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu 30 Haziran 2012 tarihinde özel ve kamu olmak üzere tüm sağlık sektörüne de dâhil olmak üzere tüm işyerleri için yürürlüğe girmiş ve halen bütün çalışmalar hızlı bir şekilde yapılmaktadır. Yürürlüğe giren bu yasa hastanelerde verilen sağlık hizmetleri ile ilgili çok tehlikeli işler sınıfı olarak dâhil edilmiş olup, uygulamaların nasıl yapılacağı da belirlenmiş, bunun için gerekli eğitimler ve donanımlar yerine getirilmiş olup, İstanbul Tabip Odaları Birliği sağlık personelleri için sağlıklarını ve güvenliklerini tehdit edecek hususlar için iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda alınacak tedbirleri sürekli hatırlatmakta ve uygulamaktadırlar ve bu uygulanacak hususlar özel ve kamu hastanelerine bildirilerek konunun ne kadar önemli olduğu da vurgulanmıştır. Sağlık çalışanlarının sağlığını ve güvenliğini korumak için bir takım önemli tedbirler yer almaktadır, ilgili yasa gereği işyeri hekimi ve iş güvenliği uzmanı istihdam edilmekte ve İSG kurulunun oluşturulması, risk analizlerinin yapılması gibi konular sürekli gündemde yer almaktadır. Burada asıl amacı vurgulamak gerekirse sağlık çalışanların daha sağlıklı ve güvenli bir şekilde işlerini yapmak ve hatalarını en aza indirmek için bu çalışmalar yapılmakta ve halen devam etmektedir.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	Today, healthcare workers or healthcare workers are heavier and more dangerous than workers in other sectors. The quality of work is also seen as a separate element. Health personnel are exposed to a wide range of occupational hazards, such as needle injuries, back or back pain, chemical allergies, violence and stress, depending on the work they have done in the hospital, these important risk factors are reducing the tempo of health workers and increasing the incidence of work accidents, Adversely affect the safety of patients. The health and safety aspects of health personnel are on the agenda. For this reason, it has been prepared for the health and safety of the hospitals in the thesis topic. The history of studies on health personnel in Turkey is not old, and important regulations on the health and safety of health personnel have been introduced in the Regulation for the Safety of Patients and Employees issued one or a few years ago. According to this regulation, a number of studies have been carried out to establish the committees for the staff working in hospitals, to carry out studies related to new and secure programs, to train personnel, to provide informative health screening, personal preventive measures against employees, precautions and controls against chemical hazards and prevention of violence against employees. Occupational Health and Safety Institutions have been established in hospitals with private or public awareness, but it is observed that the deficiencies are not fully existing but the necessary conditions are fulfilled to complete deficiencies in personnel, equipment and services. Since health and safety of health workers also affect the health of the community, it is imperative that health and safety practices be urgently applied. The Law on Occupational Health and Safety entered into force for all workplaces including the private and public health sector on June 30, 2012, and all work is currently being carried out quickly. This legislation, which entered into force, was included as a very dangerous work related to the health services provided in the hospitals and it was determined how the applications should be done and the trainings and equipments were fulfilled for this and the Istanbul Medical Chamber of Union Health and safety measures, and it is emphasized how important this matter is by notifying private and public hospitals. There are a number of important measures to protect the health and safety of health workers. Workplace physicians and occupational safety specialists are employed according to the relevant law, and issues such as the establishment of the OSH board and risk analysis are on the agenda. The main purpose here is to emphasize that health workers are doing their jobs to make healthier and safer work and to minimize the mistakes.	tr_TR
