dc.description.abstract	Bu çalışma ile Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Liselerinde görev yapan kültür dersi öğretmenlerinin tükenmişliklerini tespit etmek ve gereken tedbirleri almak için çözüm yolları bulabilmek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı çerçevesinde; cinsiyet, yaş, mezun olunan okul, mesleki kıdem, medeni durum, eğitim düzeyi ve branş gibi değişkenlerin kültür dersi öğretmenlerinin mesleki tükenmişlikleri üzerindeki etkisi, kültür dersi öğretmenlerinin mesleki tükenmişliğe yol açan faktörler olarak neleri algıladıkları ile duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma ve kişisel başarı boyutlarındaki tükenmişlik seviyelerinin ne düzeyde olduğu sorularına cevap arayan araştırma, uygulamalı bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın evreni 2015- 2016 Eğitim Öğretim yılında İstanbul ili Beşiktaş ilçesindeki tüm Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Liselerinde görev yapan kültür dersi öğretmenlerinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini evren içerisindeki öğretmenlerden tesadüfi yöntemle seçilip çalışmaya dahil edilen 160 kültür dersi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak katılımcıların demografik özelliklerini tespit etmek amacıyla demografik bilgi ölçeği ile öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik düzeyini belirleyebilmek için Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilirken, istatistiksel analizler için SPSS 21.0 İstatistik paket programı kullanılmıştır. Çalışma verileri değerlendirilirken tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotların (Frekans, Yüzde, Ortalama, Standart sapma) yanı sıra normal dağılımın incelenmesi için Kolmogorov - Smirnov dağılım testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma neticesinde elde edilen bulgulara göre, kültür dersi öğretmenlerinin düşük kişisel başarı hissi ile yaş değişkeni arasında ve öğretmenlerin mezun oldukları okul ile tükenmişlik genel puanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılaşma bulunurken; öğretmenlerin duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma, düşük kişisel başarı hissi ve tükenmişlik genel puanları ortalamaları sonuçlarına göre kıdem, branş, cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi ve medeni durum değişkeni açısından grup ortalamaları arasındaki fark anlamlı bulunmamıştır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	The aim of this study is to determine burnout levels of teachers teaching cultural classes at Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools and, to propose some solutions for taking necessary measures. Within the scope of the study, the effects of some variables like sex, age, alma mater, professional seniority, marital status, educational level and branch on the burnout levels of the teachers teaching cultural classes, perception of teachers about the factors causing burnout and, the levels of burnout in terms of emotional exhaustion, cynism and ineffectiveness dimensions are examined. The universe of the study is composed of teachers teaching cultural classes at all Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools in Besiktas District in 2015-16 Education Period. The sample of the study is composed of 160 teachers which were selected randomly from the study universe. As a means of data collection, Demographic Information Scale for determining demographic features of the teachers and Maslach Burtnout Inventory for determining the levels of burnout have been used. By evaluating the findings of the study, SPSS 21.0 Statistical Program for statistical analysis has been used. By evaluating the study data, in addition to descriptive statistiacal methods (frequency, percent, mean, standart deviation), Kolmogorov-Smirnov Distribution Test for examining normal distribution has been used. According to the findings of the study, between ineffectiveness of the teachers teaching cultural classes and age variables, and between alma mater and general burnout level, a significant differentiation has been found. However, according to emotional exhaustion, cynism, ineffectiveness and general burnout scores of teachers, in terms of seniority, branch, sex, educational level and marital status, differences between group average have not been found significantly.	tr_TR
