dc.description.abstract	Bu araştırmada; Fen Bilgisi Öğretmenlerinin öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumlarıyla özyeterlilik algıları; cinsiyet, yaş, görev yapılan okul türü, okuldaki pozisyon, mesleki görev yılı, en son mezun olunan öğretim programı değişkenleri açısından incelendi. Bu araştırmanın örneklemi İstanbul İli Başakşehir ilçesinde görev yapmakta olan toplam 103 (E:30 K:73) Fen Bilgisi öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada, “Ögretmen Özyeterlilik Ölçegi” ile “Öğretmenlik Mesleğine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği” uygulandı. Araştırma sonucunda Fen Bilgisi öğretmenlerinin mesleki görev yılı, yaş, görev yapılan okul türü ve cinsiyete göre özyeterlilik inancı ve mesleki tutum anket sorularında anlamlı biçimde farklılık olduğu belirlendi. Özyeterlilik ve alt başlıklarında meslek görev yılının etkili olduğu, tutum da ise okul türünün önemli olduğu tespit edildi. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin özyeterlilik inancıyla mesleğe yönelik tutumları arasında pozitif yönde orta düzeyde bir korelasyon olduğu tespit edildi	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	In this thesis, The Relationship of Science Teachers’ Attitudes To The Teaching Professions And Their Self-Efficacy (Beliefs) is investigated with respect to gender, age, type of secondary school that teachers teach, position in the school, professional experience (in years), graduation status. The universe of this thesis consists of total of 103 Science Teachers (M:30 W:73) teach in Başakşehir İstanbul. “Measure for the Teachers’ Self-Efficacy Beliefs” and “Measure for Science Teachers’ Attitudes to the Teaching Professions” is applied. Outcomes of this thesis show that Science teachers’ professional experience (in years), age, type of secondary school that teachers teach and gender show significant difference in the self-efficacy (beliefs) and also in teachers’ attitudes to the teaching professions. ın self-efficacy and its sub categories, professional experience (in years) and ın teachers’ attitudes to the teaching professions type of seconday school that teachers teach is considered more important that other variables. Moreover, The correlation between science teachers’ attitudes to the teaching professions and their self-efficacy (beliefs) is positive and in moderate degree.	tr_TR
