dc.description.abstract	İş sağlığı ve güvenliği kavramı, 6331 sayılı İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği kanuna uygun olarak düzenlenip, denetlenebilir bir mekanizma halinde olması çalışanın karşılaşacağı tüm risklerin en aza indirgenmesini sağlamaktadır. Bunun için öncelikli olarak hangi sektöre ne tür düzenlemelerin ve kuralların getirilmesi gerektiğini belirlemek için o sektörün hangi tehlike grubunda oluğunu, çalışanlara özel hangi mesleki eğitimin verileceğinin belirlenmesi için gerekli yönetmelikten yardım alınması gerekmektedir. Ayrıca, mevcut iş yerinde var olan ya da dışarıdan gelebilecek olan tehlikelerin oluşturacağı risklerin ne denli kabul edilebilir ya da edilemez olduğunu belirlemek için öncelikle risk değerlendirme yönetmeliğine uygun olarak kapsamlı bir risk değerlendirmesi yapılması gerekmektedir. Literatürde pek çok risk değerlendirme çeşidi bulunmaktadır. Ancak her risk değerlendirmesi tüm sektörlere uygulanabilir gibi gözükse de bir işyerinin bulunduğu sektör ve gerçekleştirdiği proses ele alındığı vakit o iş yeri için daha spesifik bir çalışma yapılması gerekmektedir. Elektrometal kaplama işlemlerinde pek çok kimyasal bir arada kullanıldığı için detaylı bir risk değerlendirmesi için en uygun yöntem olan HAZOP Risk Değerlendirmesi Yöntemi tercih edilmiş ve bu yöntemin nasıl uygulanabileceği hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.	tr_TR
