dc.description.abstract	Dünyada gelişen teknolojiye bağlı olarak insan unsurunun çalışma hayatındaki önemi göz ardı edilemez. İşletmelerin sektör için eleman yetiştirmeleri hem alaylı olarak hem de örgün ve yaygın eğitim kurumları tarafından yapılabilmektedir. Mesleki eğitimde teorik eğitim yanında staj uygulamaları da tamamlayıcı bir unsur olmuştur. Staj eğitimi, öğrencilerin iş hayatına adapte olmaları, mesleklerini yerinde uygulayarak yapmaları için önemlidir. Bu araştırma, meslek liselerinde eğitim alan öğrencilerin staj algılarını çeşitli demografik değişkenler açısından tespit etmeye yönelik bir çalışma olması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu İstanbul ili Silivri ilçesi Selimpaşa İMKB Otelcilik ve Turizm Meslek Lisesinden 173 öğrenci, Silivri Endüstri ve Teknik Meslek Lisesi’nden 157 Öğrenci, Şerife Baldöktü Kız Teknik ve Meslek Lisesi’nden 134 olmak üzere toplamda 464 öğrenci staj eğitimine katılmışlardır. Üç okul toplamında 330 öğrenciye araştırma kapsamına alınıp anket uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 21,0 paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiş, tablolar ile yorumlanmıştır. Yapılan faktör analizi ve demografik özellikler açısından t-testi, Kruskal Wallis H testi, Manny Whitney U testi sonuçlarına göre öğrencilerin staj döneminde eğitim düzeyleri arasında, tatmin, işletme ile ilişkiler, sektöre bağlılık ve işletme koşulları faktörlerinde anlamlı fark olduğu görülmektedir. Öğrencilere işletmelerin sunduğu sosyal imkânlardan, çalışma sürelerinden memnun oldukları söylenebilir. Ayrıca elde edilen verilerden öğrencilerin orta düzeyde işletmelerde sorun yaşadıkları sonucuna varılmıştır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	With the devoloping tecnology, today all over the world human effect in working life can not be ignored. People who wants to be in working life, can join business sector in three ways, via formal or informal education or having long experience in working life without education. Besides threotical education, intership training period is also an internal part for vocational education. İntership training is very important for students because they can adopt working life easily having experience by working in their profession sector. İn this survey, it is aimed to understand and realize vocational school student’s intentions and advices about intership tarining. The man working groups of the survey are 173 students in selimpasa İMKB Toruism high school, 157 students in industrial and tecnical high school, 134 students in Serife Baldöktü female tecnical and vocational high school , in silivri in İstanbul. Totaly 464 students are atttended the intership programme, 330 students from 3 schools were conducted a survey during this study. All informations got from this study were analysed using SPSS 21.0 module and were showed on chart . when we have look at the informations came from test t, kruskall wallis test h, manny whitney test u, we can see that students have satisfying experiences during internship period, but we can also see that the relationships between students and companies , the companies facilities, are different from each other. This survey also showed that students eho worked at moderate companies are not satisfied enough.	tr_TR
