dc.description.abstract	Bu araştırmanın amacı, e-okul uygulamalarının değerlendirilmesine yönelik okullardaki yöneticiler ve öğretmenlerin algılarını belirlemektir. “E-Okul sisteminin ilkokul yöneticileri ve öğretmenleri tarafından değerlendirilmesi” adlı çalışmaya katılanlara yönelik anket ve ölçekler uygulanmıştır. Anket çalışmasındaki ölçek ve değişkenler ile yöneticilerin ve öğretmenlerin e-okul sistemi ile ilgili algıları test edilmiştir. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Tarama modellerinin içinden ise genel tarama modeli tercih edilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ili Pendik İlçesinde 2014-2015 eğitim öğretim yılında devlet ilkokullarında görev yapan öğretmen ve yöneticilerden oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, İstanbul ili Pendik ilçesinde bulunan okullarda görev yapan basit tesadüfî örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 230 öğretmen ve yöneticiyi kapsamaktadır. Araştırmada veriler Polat (2011) tarafından hazırlanan “YBSEÖ” isimli veri toplama aracı ile toplanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı anketin devlet okullarından görev yapan öğretmen ve yöneticilere uygulanabilmesi için ilgili yerlerden resmi izin alınmıştır. Okullarda görev yapan öğretmen ve yöneticilerin e-okul hakkındaki görüşlerinin ortaya çıkarılması amacıyla ortaya çıkan bu araştırmada kişisel bilgi anketi, “YBSEÖ” ve e okul yapılandırılmış görüşler formu kullanılmıştır. Ölçme aracıyla toplanan veriler, bilgisayara aktarılarak araştırmanın amacına yönelik sorulara cevap olacak biçimde SPSS 16.0 programında çözümlenmiştir. Yapılan araştırmada şu sonuçlar elde edilmiştir: Katılımcıların görüşünün kurum işlemleri ve öğrenci işlemleri için “Yeterli”, Karne dönemi işlemleri ve genel toplamda orta düzeyde yeterli olduğu görülmüştür. Katılımcıların YBSEÖ ve alt faktörleri puanları incelendiğinde cinsiyet, öğrenim durumu, mesleki kıdem ve e okula bağlandıkları mekân itibari anlamlı düzeyde bir farkın olmadığı görülmüştür.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	The purpose of this research is to determine the perception of the teachers and school masters intended to evaluate e-school applications. A survey and scale factors have been applied to participants to the research named “Evaluation of E School system by school masters”. The scale factors and variables involved in the survey have been used to test the masters as well as their perception regarding e-school system. Screening model has been used in this research. Among the screening models, general screening model has been preferred. The population of this research is composed of teachers and school masters working at public primary schools in the prefecture of Istanbul, district of Pendik during the academic year of 2014-2015. The sample of the research involves 230 teachers and school masters selected with simple random sampling method among those working at schools found in the prefecture of Istanbul and district of Pendik. The data involved in the research have been gathered through data collection tool named “YBSEÖ scale” prepared by Polat (2011). The relevant permission have been acquired from the relevant authorities in order to apply data collection tool survey to teachers and school masters working at public schools. In this research conducted in order to expose the opinions of teaches and masters working at public schools about e-school, we have used personal information survey as well as “YBSEÖ scale and e-school structured opinions form. Data gathered through measuring instrument are then transferred to electronic environment and analyzed in the program SPSS 16.0 as reply to questions asked in the scope of this survey purpose. The following results have been obtained in this research: It is seen that according to participants’ opinion Institution transaction and student transaction the system is “Enough”, whereas for school report period transactions and in general it is at intermediate level. When YBSEÖ scale and sub-factors points given by participants, it is seen that there is no significant difference in their opinion according to the sex, educational background, professional seniority and location where e-school is attached.	tr_TR
