dc.description.abstract	Küreselleşme ile birlikte ulus devlet modelinin desantralizasyonu ve belediyelerin politik süreçlerde artan rolleri sebebiyle İnsan Haklarının korunması ve saygı duyulması konuları yalnızca devlerin sorumluluğu değil aynı zamanda yerel yönetimlerin de sorumluluk alanına girmektedir. Dolayısıyla son senelerde Kent Hakkı alanında ulusal, uluslararası ve bölgesel olarak birçok şart yayınlanmıştır. Bunlar yerel yönetimlerin insan hakları hakkında görev ve sorumluluklarını tayin etmektedir. Bu çalışmada kentsel dönüşüm insan hakları çerçevesinde incelenecektir.	tr_TR
