dc.description.abstract	Bu çalışmanın amacı liselerde görev yapan öğretmenlerin motivasyon düzeyleri ile motivasyon ve okul kültürü arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma nicel bir çalışmadır ve tarama yöntemi ile anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni İstanbul ili Avrupa yakası, örneklemi ise İstanbul ili Avrupa yakasında bulunan 3 eğitim bölgesinden eşit şartlarda olmak üzere rastgele seçilen öğretmenler arasından gönüllülük esası temel alınarak belirlenmiştir. Veri toplama araçları uzman görüşü alınarak hazırlanmış kişisel bilgi formu, motivasyon ölçeği ve okul kültürü ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Motivasyon düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla kullanılan ölçek İnce (2003) tarafından, okul kültürü ölçeği ise Glaser, Zamanou ve Hacker (1987) tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bilgilerin analizinde ise SPSS 16.0 programı kullanılmış ve frekans analizi, t Testi, ANOVA ve regrasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre Okul kültürü ile motivasyon arasında ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca motivasyon ve okul kültürü ölçekleri puanlarına göre cinsiyet, medeni durum ve mesleki kıdem değişkenlerinde anlamlı fark bulunamamıştır. Ancak okul kültürü ölçeği temel alındığında yaş değişkenleri arasında anlamlı fark bulunmuştur.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	The aim of this research was to analyze the relation between the level of motivation of the high school teachers and the school culture. The research was a qyantitative work and survey technique was used. The universe of the research was Europe part of İstanbul and the sample was defined among the teachers who were chosen randomly from if from the three education district in Europe part of İstanbul depending on their volunteering. The data collection materials were demographic form which were prepared depending on expert views, the scale of the motivation and the scale of the school culture. The scale that was used to define the level of the motivation developed by İnce (2003). The scale of the school culture was developed by Glaser, Zamanov and Hacker. The analysis of data were done by statistical programe SPSS 16 inculiding frequecy analysis, t- test, Anova, and regration analysis. Consequently, there was a significant between the school culture and motivation. Besides that there was a significant difference between school culture and age of the teachers. But there was no difference between the school culture and the motivation in the changeable factors such as the gender, civilized situation and professional seniority.	tr_TR
