dc.description.abstract	Bu araştırma, Ortaöğretimlerde görev yapan öğretmenlerin FATİH Projesi kapsamında sınıflara kurulan akıllı tahtaları kullanmalarının öğretimde kalıcılığa ve öğrencilerin motivasyonuna etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmanın problem cümlesi, “Ülkemizde FATİH projesi kapsamında sınıflara kurulan akıllı tahtaların kullanımına yönelik Ortaöğretimlerde görevli öğretmenlerin görüşleri nelerdir?” olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada nicel verilerinin analizi SPSS 16,0 paket programı ile yapılmış ve veriler frekans, ortalama, standart sapma, one-way anova ve t-testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Nitel veriler ise betimsel analiz tekniği ile değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, sınıflara kurulan akıllı tahtaların kullanımı son bir yılda artış gösterdiği görülmektedir. Akıllı tahtalarda sık sık kalibrasyon sorunu yaşandığı ve internet bağlantı hızı yavaşlığının etkin kullanmada sorun teşkil ettiği belirlenmiştir. Yaşanan teknik sorunlara rağmen öğretim ortamında akıllı tahta kullanımı ile öğrencilerin derslere olan ilgilerinin ve motivasyonlarının arttığı gözlenmiştir. Akıllı tahta kullanımının zamandan tasarruf sağladığı, öğretim ortamını zenginleştirdiği, eğitimde görsellik ve işitsellik sağlayarak öğretimi zenginleştirdiği ve öğrenciler tarafından kavranması zor ve karmaşık olan konuları işlemek için öğretmenlere büyük kolaylıklar sağladığı görülmüştür.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	This research was made to study the effect of smart boards on the permanence of learning, its use in the activities in the classroom and on the motivation of students within the framework of FATIH Project through different perspectives by teachers who work in secondary schools. The problem statement of this research was determined as “What are the views of teachers working in second education on using the smart boards which were installed within the framework of FATIH Project in our country?” In the research, during the analysis of the quantitative data, frequency test, mean, standart deviation, one-way anova and t-Test were applied within the software package SPSS 16,0 whereas qualitative data were evaluated by means of descriptive analysis method. As a result, it was noted that the use of smart boards increased in the last one year. There are calibration problems on smart boards and the internet network is so slow that they lead to some problems. In spite of the experience of such technical obstacles, it has been observed that the interest of students in the lessons increased and their motivations grew stronger. The use of smart boards saves time and makes the learning environment more diverse. Use of smart boards ensured that visual and auditory learning take place on a large scale. It emerges that the use of smart boards in teaching facilitates teachers’ presentation of the subjects which are hard and complicated to comprehend by students.	tr_TR
