dc.description.abstract	Bu çalışmada sosyal belediyeciliğin ve bu bağlamda yapılan faaliyetlerinin detaylı bir incelemesi yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu nedenle çalışmada öncelikle sosyal politika kavramı üzerinde durulmuş, daha sonra sosyal politikanın tarihsel gelişimi, araçları ve amaçları detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde sosyal devlet kavramının literatür taraması yapılıp, tarihsel gelişimi ve Türkiye'de sosyal devletin tarihsel gelişimi irdelenmiştir. Aynı zamanda sosyal belediyecilik kavramı, konusu, işlevleri, tarihsel gelişimi, Türkiye'de sosyal belediyeciliğin tarihsel gelişimi incelenmiştir. Bu bölümde yine Türkiye'de sosyal belediyeciliğin hukuki çerçevesinde ve sosyal belediyecilik bağlamında yapılan uygulamalar irdelenmiştir. Üçüncü ve son bölümde Zeytinburnu Belediyesi hakkında bilgiler verilmiş ve Zeytinburnu Belediyesi tarafından yürütülen sosyal belediyecilik faaliyetleri ele alınmıştır. Sonuç olarak Zeytinburnu Belediyesi'nin sosyal belediyecilik kapsamında ilçe halkına özellikle düşkün kesimlere son derece önemli sosyal hizmetler verdiği anlaşılmıştır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	Social municipality and a detailed survey of the activities in this regard have been tried to make. With this reason, first of all, focused on the concept of social policy in this work, then the historical development of social policies, tools and objectives are examined in detail. Second part, made of the concept of the welfare state literature historical development and historical development of the welfare state has been studied in Turkey at the same time, social municipality concept, topic, historical development, function has been investigated. In the context of the legal scope of social municipal and social municipality has examined the applications. The third and the last part, provides information about the Zeytinburnu municipality and municipal activities carried out by the Zeytinburnu municipal is discussed.
