dc.description.abstract	Bu araştırmada Endüstri Meslek Lisesi, Teknik Lise ve Anadolu Teknik Lisesi’nin Elektrik-Elektronik Teknolojileri Alanı’nda öğrenim gören öğrencilerin bilgisayar kullanma becerilerine ilişkin algı düzeyleri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri İstanbul İli Anadolu Yakası’nda yer alan Mesleki ve Teknik okullardan toplanmış ve araştırmada küme örnekleme modeli uygulanmıştır. Araştırmaya sekiz okuldan 497 öğrenci katılmıştır. Bu çalışmada veriler tanımlayıcı bilgileri içeren öğrenci anketi ve Torkzadeh ve Koufteros (2003)’un geliştirdiği “bilgisayar kullanma öz-yeterlik algısı ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Anket ve ölçekler öğrencilerin sınıflarına gidilerek birebir uygulanmış, kişisel bilgi formunda ve bilgisayar kullanım öz-yeterlik algı ölçeğinde öğrenciler tarafından anlaşılmayan kısımlarda gereken açıklama yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda çıkan verilere göre, İstanbul Anadolu Yakası’nda mesleki ve teknik eğitim veren eğitim kurumlarının elektrik-elektronik teknolojisi alanında okuyan erkek öğrencilerin kız öğrencilere oranı oldukça fazladır. Ayrıca kız öğrencilerin başlangıç düzeyi bilgisayar becerileri ve bilgisayar ağında çalışma becerileri açısından bilgisayar kullanma öz-yeterlik algılarının erkek öğrencilerinden yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. İleri düzey bilgisayar becerilerinde anlamlı bir farklılık görülmemiştir. Araştırmada internet bağlantınsa sahip olan öğrencilerin bilgisayar kullanma öz-yeterlik algılarının internet bağlantısına sahip olmayan öğrencilere göre daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Bunun dışında dikkat çeken bir başka noktada öğrencilerin bilgisayarı ve interneti en çok sohbet etmek için kullandıkları sonucudur.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	In this research, perception levels of the students who are trained at the Electrics-Electronics branch of Anatolian Technical High Scools, Technical High Scools, and Industrial Occupations High Schools are tried to be discovered concerning their Computer-Using skills. The research data were gathered from Occupational and Technical Schools in Anatolian Side of Istanbul and Pile-Illustration model was used in the research. 497 students from eight schools joined the research. In this research, the data were obtained through Student Questionnaires containing defining information and the “Scale of Computer-Using Self-Sufficiency Perception”, which Torkzadeh and Koufteros (2003) developed. Questionnaires and scales were implemented on the students via face to face interview in the classrooms and necessary explanations were made on the articles of Personal Information Form and Computer-Using Selfsufficiency Scale which were not understood by the students. According to the data obtained from the research, the proportion of male students to female students who are educated at the Electrics- Electronics branch of schools providing occupational and technical education in Anatolian side of Istanbul province is far more. Also, female students are seen to have a higher Computer-Using Self-Sufficiency Perception than male students do in terms of beginners level computer skills and working skills on the computer network. No meaningful difference has been observed in advanced level computer skills. In the research , the students having access to internet has been found out to have a higher Computer-Using Self- Sufficiency Perception than those who don’t have access to internet. Apart from these, another point of attention is that the students mostly use the computer and the internet for chatting.	tr_TR
