dc.description.abstract	Gelecek nesilleri bilgi toplumu bireyi olarak yetiştirmek, okulların temel amaçlarındandır. Özellikle, yeni teknolojilere en hızlı ulaşması ve teknolojileri en etkin kullanması gereken kurumların başında okullar gelmektedir. Teknoloji sadece eğitimi etkilemez, bütün yaşam biçimini ve kültürümüzü etkiler. Bu nedenle okulların bilişim teknolojilerinden ayrı düşünülmemesi ve öğretmenlerin bilişim teknolojilerini etkin kullanması bir zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. Günümüzde bilişim teknolojilerinden uzak durmak neredeyse imkansızdır. Okullar da toplumun ihtiyaçlarına uygun bireyler yetiştirmek zorundadır. Bu amaçla öğretmenlerin eğitim teknolojilerini aktif olarak kullanma yaklaşımlarını ve değişen öğretmen profilinin ortaya çıkarılması gerekmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, orta öğretim okullarındaki öğretmenlerin mesleki alanda eğitim teknolojilerini kullanma düzeylerini incelemektir. Böylelikle öğretmenlerin eğitim teknolojilerini kullanmada ihtiyaç duydukları eğitim gereksinimlerini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma, genel tarama türünde nicel bir çalışmadır. Çalıma 2012-2013 eğitim-öğretim yılının ikinci döneminde İstanbul ilinin Başakşehir ilçesinde resmi 10 orta öğretim okulundan 200 öğretmene anket uygulanarak gerçekleştirilmemiştir. Uygulanan bu anketin ilk 8 sorusu katılan öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, yaş, meslek yılı, eğitim seviyesi, branşı, okulu ve daha önce öğretim teknolojileri ile ilgili bir kurs alıp almadığıyla ilgili demografik bilgilerdir. Kalan 55 soru ise eğitim teknolojileri kullanımını incelemektedir. Araştırma sonuçlarının analizinde SPSS 16 (Sosyal Bilimler İçin İstatistik Programı) paket programı kullanılmıştır. Önce öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, yaş, kıdem,eğitim seviyesi ve branşa göre dağılımları, daha sonra da öğretim teknolojilerini kullanım düzeyleri frekans ve yüzde olarak hesaplanmıştır. Belirtilen değişkenlere göre öğretim teknolojilerinin kullanımında anlamlı fark olup olmadığı, Ki-kare testi ile hesaplanmış, anlamlı fark bulunanların frekans ve yüzdeleri çapraz tablolar kullanılarak belirtilmiĢtir. Araştırmanın bulgularına bakıldığında, öğretmenlerin düz yapıya sahip teknolojileri ve öğrenme-öğretme yöntemlerini iyi düzeyde, internet temelli teknolojileri, görsel-işitsel teknolojileri ve bilgisayar teknolojilerini orta düzeyde, bilgisayar sistemlerini düşük düzeyde kullandıkları görülmüştür. Bunun sebepleri olarak, okulların yeterli teknolojik alt yapıya sahip olmaması ve öğretmenlerin eğitim teknolojileri ile ilgili yeterli bilgiye sahip olmamaları gösterilebilir.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	Raising the next generation as a generation of information, is one of the essential goals for schools. Schools take the lead of institutions that must reach the new technologies first and use them in the most efffective way. Technology does not only affect education but also affects whole lifestyle and culture. For this reason, considering schools with information technologies and making teachers use them effectively have become a crucial necessity. Also schools have to raise individuals that are suitable for public needs. So, there is a need for revealing the attitude towards using educational technologies by teachers and a varying profile for teachers. The aim of this research is to investigate the levels of usage of the educational technologies of the secondary school teachers in the schools. This research is a quantitive research by using survey technique. 200 teachers from 10 secondary school in Istanbul in the second semester of 2012-2013 education term were used as a sample group. The first 8 questions of questionnaire was demographic information such as sex, age, proffesional experience, education level, branch, type of school they work at and whether they have taken any courses about teaching technologies. The remaining 55 questions investigate the usage of these educational technologies. The data were analyzed in frequencies and percentages by SPSS 16 program. Whether there is a meaningful difference in usage of educational technologies according to given parameters was determined by chi-square test, frequencies and percentages for those that has meaningful difference were shown in cross tables.Concidering the results of this study teachers were, good at using basic technologies in education, fair at using internet based technologies, audio-visual technologies and computer technologies and delicate at using computer systems. The lack of adequate technological infrastructure in schools and knowledge of teachers about educational technologies can be shown as a reason.	tr_TR
