dc.description.abstract	Bilgisayarın eğitim kurumlarında sağlıklı bir Ģekilde ilerleyebilmesi için eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan yöneticilerin bilgisayara karĢı olumlu bir tutuma sahip olmaları gerekmektedir. Ayrıca geliĢen ve değiĢen dünyada hızla ilerleyen teknolojinin okullara da aynı hızda transferinin sağlanabilmesi için, okul yöneticilerinin teknoloji lideri olup, öğretmenlere teknolojinin okullarda sağlıklı bir Ģekilde kullanılması adına liderlik ve rehberlik etmelidir. Bu çalıĢmanın amacı, okullarda görev yapan yöneticilerin, bilgisayar öğrenmeye yönelik tutumları ve öğretmenleri bilgisayar kullanmaya yönlendirme düzeylerini incelemektir. Bu çalıĢmanın evrenini Ġstanbul Ġl Milli Eğitim Müdürülüğü, örneklemini ise Bakırköy, Bahçelievler ve Küçükçekmece ilçelerinde görev yapan 119 yönetici ve 210 öğretmen oluĢturmaktadır. ÇalıĢmada veri toplama aracı olarak, okul yöneticilerine bilgisayar tutum ölçeği (Deniz, 2004) ve öğretmenleri öğretim faaliyetlerinde bilgisayar kullanımını yönlendirme düzeyi ölçeği (Sezer, 2011), öğretmenlere; yöneticilerin öğretmenleri öğretim faaliyetlerinde bilgisayar kullanımını yönlendirme düzeyi algısı ölçeği (Sezer, 2011) ile anketler kullanılmıĢtır..Veriler SPSS programında analiz edilmiĢtir. Ölçek verileri T-testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi ile değerlendirilmiĢtir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda cinsiyet ve mesleki kıdem değiĢkenleri temel alındığında okul yöneticilerinin tutumları arasında anlamlı farklılık görülmüĢtür. Okul yöneticileri kendilerini, teknolojiyi öğrenim ortamında kullanmaya yönlendirme düzeyleri bakımından, öğretmenlere oranla kendilerini çok daha yüksek düzeyde görmüşlerdir. Yöneticilerin mesleki kıdemi artıkça bilgisayar kullanımına yönelik yönlendirme düzeyleri artmaktadır. Ayrıca bilgisayar kursuna giden yöneticiler, gitmeyenlere nazaran kendilerini bilgisayarı öğrenim ortamında kullandırma konusunda daha etkin görmüşlerdir, bilgisayar kursuna giden öğretmenlerin algısı da bu yöndedir.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	The school managements should posses positive attitude towards computers to make computers used properly in the education institutions. In addition to this, in order to transfer technology simultaneously as it rapidly makes progress in the developing and changing world, the school managements should be the leader of technological activities and lead, guide the teacher to make the technology used in an appropriate way. The aim of this research is to examine school managers attitude towards learning the computer attitude towards learning the computer usage and their level of leading the teachers to use computer. The samples of research were 119 administrations and 210 teachers who worked 3 educational areas of Bakırkoy, Bahçelievler, Küçükçekmece in Istanbul. In this research, as an appliance of collecting data, the attitude scale (Deniz, 2004) toward the school to use computers in the learning process, for the teachers the scale (Sezer, 2011) of perception of them towards the managers level of leading to use computers and questionnaires are used. The collected data analyzed on SPSS. Scaled data have been evaluated on T-Test and one side variant analysis (ANOVA). As a result of the analysis, it’s seen that the attitude of school directors towards computer and computer usage was changing depending on gender and seniority. The school managers are seen to accept themselves superior to the teachers in regards of their levels of guidance to use technology in the educational institutions. The more the experience of school increased, the level of their leading towards the usage of computer in education increased. Both teachers and director who were trained about computer usage have high tendency of leadership towards computer usage in education. When it is compared to the ones who weren’t trained.	tr_TR
