dc.description.abstract	Müzakere, hayatımızın vazgeçilmez bir parçasıdır. Bilim adamları, müzakere kavramına son yıllarda daha çok değer vermeye başlamışlardır. Bunun yanında müzakerelerin merkezi olan iletişime verilen önem oldukça azdır. Müzakerelerde kullanılan iletişim yöntemlerini ve sonuçlarını araştıran çalışmalar az sayıdadır. Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin yaptıkları müzakerelerde iletişimin etkisi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada internet üzerinden anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Değişik branşlarda toplam 555 öğretmen araştırmaya katılmıştır. Çalışma için “Müzakerelerde İletişim Becerilerini Değerlendirme Ölçeği” adı altında bir anket hazırlanmıştır. Anket iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde öğretmenlerin kişisel bilgilerini toplamak amacıyla Kişisel Bilgi formuna, ikinci bölümde ise müzakerelerde kullanılan müzakere tarzlarını ve iletişim becerilerini belirlemek üzere 30 adet soruya yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin yaş, cinsiyet, medeni ve öğrenim durumlarına bağlı olarak müzakere ve iletişim tarzlarında anlamlı farklılıklar saptanamamıştır. Bunun nedeninin öğretmenlik mesleğiyle direk alakalı olduğu düşünülmektedir. Öğretmenler, mesleklerinden getirdiği bazı özellikleri hayatlarının her alanında uygulamaktadırlar.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	To negotiation is an irreplaceable part of our life. Scientists had started to put more effort on negotiation in the last few years. Beside the significance on the center of negotiating is communication is very low. There are not many researches on communication methods used to negotiation and their results. In this study the communication effect on negotiation of teachers was tried to determined. The research was carried out with the Internet survey technique. Totally 555 different branch teachers had joined this survey. A survey with the name “An evaluation scale for the communication to negotiations skill” was prepared. This survey was consists of two sections. In the first section, to collect the teachers personal information an information form was filled in, in the second section 30 questions to determined and find out the negotiation manner and communication skills of the teachers were asked. , At the end of the study the age of the teachers, their sex, marital status and their different negotiation and communication manners according to education state were determined. It is considered that this depends directly in connection to the profession of a teacher. Teachers are applying some of their profession characteristics in all parts of their life.	tr_TR
