dc.description.abstract	Performans Yönetim Sistemi, çalışanları ve işletmeyi istenen amaçlara yöneltmek için işletmenin mevcut ve geleceğe ilişkin durumları ile ilgili bilgi toplama, toplanan bilgileri karşılaştırma ve performansın sürekli gelişimini sağlayacak yeni ve gerekli etkinlikleri başlatma ve sürdürme görevlerini üstlenen bir sistemdir. “Yetkinlik Bazlı Performans Değerlendirme ve Bir Örnek Olay Çalışması” başlıklı bu çalışmada performans değerlendirme yetkinlik kavramından yola çıkılarak performans sistemiyle nasıl ilişkilendirileceği ve nasıl uygulanacağı anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda üçüncü bölümde yetkinlik bazlı performans değerlendirme sistemi uygulanan bir şirketin örnek çalışması anlatılmıştır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	Performance Management System is such a system that collects of data about the present and future situations of the organization, compares these items and starts and maintains the new and required activity missions that satisfy the continual developing of performance to orient the employees and the organization. In this thesis “Competence Based Performance Appraisal and a Case Study”, performance appraisal and the consepts of competence were described and discussed. Also, the relationship between competence and performance appraisal system and how this concept can be applied in a company were explained. In the thirth part of the thesis, there was a case study about competence based performance appraisal.	tr_TR
