dc.description.abstract	Şehir güvenliğin de vatandaşların can, mal ve ırz güvenliğinin sağlanmasını, suç işlemeye yönelik davranışta bulunanların önlenmesini, bu fiilleri gerçeklerştirenlerin yakalanıp adalet önüne çıkarılmasını sağlayan emniyet teşkilatı halkın güvenliğini sağlamakla görevlidir. Belediye ise vatandaşların sehir içerisinde ki hizmetlerini üstlenir kentin ulaşım, aydınlatma, su, elketirik, sosyal ve kültürel gibi değişen dünyanın koşallarına göre oluşturduğu yeni hizmetlerle vatandaşları hizmetini karşılamaktadır. Emniyet ve belediye görev tanımlarından da anlaşılacağa üzere vatandaşların huzuru ve güvenliği için çalışmaktadırlar. Bakırköy bölgesi örneğinde şehir güvenliğinde emniyet belediye ilişkileri konulu çalışmada şehir güvenliği konusunda emniyet ve belediye kurumlarının ortak paylaşımlarını ve bu kurumların içeriklerini açıklayarak görev ve sorumluluklarını belirtiyoruz. Görev tanımlamalarında belediye ve emniyet ilişkleri belirgin örneklerle anlatılmaktadır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	The police organization is tasked at the city sequrity for life, property and honesty of the citizen. To prevent anyone who pretend to offence and to arrest those criminal for judging are duties of police organizatin for security of all people. But the municipality undertakes services of the citizen in the city like, transportation, street light, water, electiricty and it meets the social and culturel needs of the citizen according to the changing world. The police organization and the municipality, as it is understood from mission definitions work for tranquility and security for citizen. As we explain the contextes of these foundation we specify their duty, responsibilies and their common sharing at city security in exaple of Bakırköy area in the work which subjuect is relation of police organization and municipality in the city. At mission definion the relatives of municipality and police organization are explained clearly.	tr_TR
