dc.description.abstract	Bu araĢtırmada, Türkiye‟deki köy okullarında karĢılaĢılan sorunlar tespit edilmiĢ, araĢtırma sonucunda sorunların kaynakları ile çözüm önerileri birlikte ele alınmıĢtır. Ġlk ve ortaöğretim kurumlarımız neredeyse yüzyıllık geçmiĢe sahiptir. Ancak Türkiye‟de modern anlamdaki ilk ve ortaokullar, günümüze gelene kadar birçok değiĢikliğe uğramıĢtır. Bu değiĢikliklerin çoğu dönemin ihtiyaçlarına göre gerçekleĢtirilmiĢ fakat yapılanlar yine de değiĢen Ģartlar içerisinde etkisini kaybetmeye baĢlamıĢtır. Bugün eğitimde geldiğimiz noktada görülen Ģudur ki, Türk eğitim sistemi daha pek çok değiĢiklikler yaĢayacaktır. Halen köylerde çeĢitlilik gösteren ilk ve ortaöğretim okulları ( yatılı bölge okulları, pansiyonlu ilk ve ortaokulları, taĢımalı ilk ve ortaokullar, gezici okullar, aynı binada birlikte eğitim yapan ilk ve ortaokulları …) bulunmaktadır. Bu farklı eğitim yapısını ortadan kaldırmak ve eğitimde kaliteyi artırmak için köy okullarını, Ģartları en uygun olan köylerde birleĢtirme Ģeklinde bir yapı olan Kampüs Eğitim Modeli önerilmektedir. Bu çalıĢma ile özellikle köyden kente göç nedeniyle köy okullarındaki öğrenci sayılarının azalması, personel yetersizliği, teknolojik imkansızlıklar, bölgenin olumsuz coğrafik koĢulları nedeniyle yaĢanan ulaĢım vb. sorunlar….nedeniyle ortaya çıkan eğitim problemlerine çözüm bulmak için, köy okullarının tek bir çatı altında ve uygun bir merkezde toplanması ile Kampüs Eğitim Modeline ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	In this study, the problem sencountered in village schools in Turkey has been identified,the source of problems in the research result sarediscussed along with proposedsolutions . Our primary and secondary education has a history of nearly a century .However, Turkey 's first and middle schools in the modern sense , as been performed many changes until today . Most of these changes were carried out according to the needs of the time, but who none the lessmade in changing conditions began to lose it seffectiveness . In my opinionTurkish education system will have many more changes in the future. We have stil different type primary and secondary schools in the villages (boarding schools, pensions primary and secondary schools, should bear the primary and secondary schools, mobile schools, in the same building training with the first and secondary schools ... ) . To remove the different educations tructure and to in crease quality in education; is recomended to get together bad conditionals school and good conditionals schoo lin Campus Education Model . With this study, especially duetomigration from rural to urban population, which decreased the number of students in villages chools, lack of personnel, technological problems, adverse geographical conditions of there gionca used by the transportation and so on. problems....to find solutions all the seproblems is Campus Study Model which is the best model for our Turkish primary and secondary education system in villages in Turkey	tr_TR
